"Haha… wow! This feels insane! My mind is… turbocharged!"
Ryuuto grinned as the effects of Shikamaru's data package surged through him. Every neuron seemed to fire ten times faster, combat strategies and countermeasures flowing into his head like a perfect, unstoppable torrent. Gillian and his gang? Pure trash. Absolutely despised.
"Extremis, huh? Let's have some fun."
Gillian's face twisted with rage. "Foolish brat! You dare mock my masterpiece? Pay for it!"
His eyes burned with hatred, fixating on Ryuuto like he was nothing less than a death sentence incarnate. In his hand, he raised the Extremis vial, ready to smash it to the ground. Around him, fifteen Mutants grinned crazily, each clutching their own vials, poised to throw them and spread chaos across the battlefield.
"No! Stop them! Don't let Extremis spread!"
Tony and Wolverine's hearts hammered in panic and fury. Every instinct screamed to rush Gillian and stop him—but now, Ryuuto moved first.
Shadow Imitation!
His hands formed a rapid, intricate sequence of hand signs, and in a flash, long shadows shot out from his feet, striking the Mutants at lightning speed. The shadows overlapped perfectly with their own, freezing everyone mid-motion. Gillian and his Mutants were paralyzed, frozen like puppets, vials suspended in the air, their sneers etched permanently on their faces.
"Damn brat! Let go immediately!" Gillian roared, panic flashing in his eyes. He hadn't expected this trick—his grand plan disrupted in an instant!
"Gwen! Tony! Wolverine! Steel! Bobby! Grab the Extremis reagents—NOW!" Ryuuto barked, his voice slicing through the battlefield.
"I won't hold this long. Take the vials, destroy them, and retreat. Leave the rest to me!"
"Understood!" Gwen and the others nodded without hesitation. Sprinting forward, they snatched the vials, neutralizing the threat before Extremis could touch the city.
"Bastards! Never let them take my virus!" Gillian screamed, fury exploding in his veins. The Mutants struggled desperately against Ryuuto's shadow control, fighting with all their might to break free.
Ryuuto's chakra blazed furiously—this was the first time he had used Shadow Imitation on so many targets simultaneously. Sweat dripped from his brow as he pushed his limits, maintaining control, eyes burning with unwavering focus.
"Destroy the viruses. Leave everything else to me!"
"Ryuuto! Thank you! We'll be back soon!"
"Be careful!"
Tony, Bobby, and the others nodded solemnly, retreating with the stolen Extremis. Gwen gave Ryuuto one last, trusting glance, biting her lip as she vanished with the remaining vials, determined to return and back him up no matter what.
"870! You fools, don't think you can escape!" Gillian screamed as his Mutants regained their freedom.
Rushing forward, he grabbed a laser gun, the wolf-like Mutants at his side, setting off a violent gust of wind with their sheer momentum. Soldiers with submachine guns staggered back, powerless in the face of this raw onslaught.
"Gillian, your opponent is me!" Ryuuto's voice thundered, eyes alight with combat fury. His blood surged, every fiber ready for war.
"With me here, you won't get a single step closer to those virus vials!"
"Good! You're begging to die! Tear this brat apart!"
Gillian's hatred had reached its peak, and with a wave of his hand, he ordered all his subordinates to kill Ryuuto on the spot.
The battle was about to escalate to its most lethal phase yet.
