Chapter 130 - Administrator

[I don't like talking.]

Ickshonpe kept the cardboard in his hand, and the words on it appeared one by one: [I think this form is better.]

[Compared to having messages floating above my head all day, feeling like my thoughts are exposed and visible to others.]

[I still feel that the feeling of holding the words in my hands like this has more weight.]

Ickshonpe expressed his reasoning.

"Well, what you said makes sense…"

Dwun nodded wisely. "Everyone has their habits and preferences in life. We're all the same, we can understand that."

"But…"

His wise gaze shifted between Luke and Ickshonpe: "If you're not friends, then how did you know each other?!"

Clearly, like List, Dwun didn't think Luke was just a partner.

Although Dwun was a bit foolish, he wasn't a fool.

If they were just partners, Ickshonpe wouldn't have dragged Luke into the chat room they were in.

You know, even though Ickshonpe didn't communicate much with them, he was still one of the designers and creators of the game Greed Island.

They were all quite familiar with each other.

They all knew that their circle wouldn't easily invite outsiders in.

Each of them had their own separate circles of communication.

As the saying goes, don't force yourself into different circles.

They rarely crossed paths with each other privately.

Especially for Ickshonpe, such a confidential network world shouldn't be entered directly by someone.

Even they were in a state of virtual information, but this person before them... Seemed to be physically entering here!

This was quite intriguing.

"That's a privilege not even I get to enjoy."

Dwun muttered.

Well, List had personally entered before, to provide some helpful ideas for Ickshonpe's network world.

Eta and Elena had also entered, mainly to experience the feeling of entering and exiting the network world firsthand, so they could better understand how to handle the game's entry and exit.

Only Razor and Dwun hadn't been there in person. Razor was a death row inmate captured by Ging, so it was only natural that he couldn't leave the island.

But as for him…

Dwun stared at Luke, a strange suspicion forming in his mind.

The information on Ickshonpe's cardboard also appeared one by one: [He got here through that guy, Ging.]

"I knew it!!"

Dwun clapped his hands and leaped in anger.

"Besides that guy, Ging, who else could have helped others get here?!"

Dwun immediately thought of that bastard: "So he gave everyone access here, but not me!"

"And he even changed my name! That's too much!"

Dwun gritted his teeth and cursed: "Next time we meet, I'm going to give him a good beating!"

List ignored the idiot at the side, then he looked at Luke and continued: "Do you know Ging?"

"Yes, we met at the Two-headed Wolf's habitat before."

Luke said briefly.

"Two-headed Wolf?"

Eta and Elena, who had been listening to the entire conversation, had a look of understanding in their eyes.

They had also previously learned about the story between Ging Freecss and the Two-headed Wolf.

Hearing Luke's words now, it seemed quite credible.

"I see…"

List nodded. "To be trusted by Ging..."

He laughed. "And to have earned Ickshonpe's approval, to be able to collaborate with him…"

"You're amazing, Luke."

List's words truly came from the heart.

In his opinion, the fact that Luke was standing here, communicating with them, was already a testament to his abilities.

This required the mutual recognition of two exceptional individuals, Ging Freecss and Ickshonpe.

And in this world, to achieve this, one must possess abilities far beyond the ordinary!!

It was a compliment Luke deserved.

"No."

Luke waved his hand modestly. "I still have a lot to learn..."

[Learning how to manage this chatroom better, right?]

Ickshonpe, who was standing beside him, also gave a timely introduction: [This chatroom concept came from Luke. It's thanks to the knowledge he gave me that I could create this place...]

The others also looked at Luke in surprise.

Knowledge that even Ickshonpe was willing to delve into was truly remarkable.

[So, I've given Luke partial permissions here in the chatroom. In his words, he's basically the...]

"Administrator." Luke said with a smile.

[Hmm, but I think the word group owner sounds nicer.]

Ickshonpe had a different opinion.

Administrator? Group owner?

Elena and the others looked slightly skeptical.

Although they acknowledged Luke's ability to be here, that didn't mean they understood who he really was.

It was a little unsettling to let someone whose identity and background were unclear hold such a role.

What? You said he came here after receiving Ging's invitation, so he's been verified, right?

That seems even more unsettling, even more outrageous.

But Elena and the others wouldn't raise that point.

Because…

"Wait?!!"

Dwun stood up again.

Elena and the others silently retreated to the back, saying nothing more.

Well, with Dwun around, he could say things they couldn't.

"Did Luke just become our group owner or administrator?!"

[Yes.]

Ickshonpe flashed new text on his board: [These permissions were always meant to include his share; he deserves them.]

"But if he becomes our administrator…"

Dwun smacked his lips. "Then wouldn't we...?"

Being controlled by someone else?

Dwun didn't finish his words, but everyone present understood his meaning.

[This place is called the chatroom. So even as a group owner or administrator, their primary function is just to manage the chat aspect.]

Ickshonpe naturally understood this and explained directly: [Group owners or administrators only have authority within this chat room.]

[And their authority, at most, is to mute you; they don't impose any other restrictions or constraints on you.]

After he said this, everyone's expressions brightened slightly.

All of them here were professional hunters; they naturally didn't want an unnecessary manager over their heads.

Even with Ging Freecss, although they had designed this game with him out of admiration for his abilities, it didn't mean they had to listen to Ging Freecss's words.

And now, if they were truly controlled by someone else, they would never come back to this place again.

"Oh, if it's just muting, that's fine then."

Dwun also breathed a sigh of relief.

Then Ickshonpe continued: [Luke and I have discussed this. Once the design of this chat room is perfected, we will promote it to the entire world via the internet...]
