Xiao Dan paced his living room. He was feeling so foolish. That little boy always made him feel so foolish. Yes. He saw him as a little boy. Maybe a little smart, but he was just a boy. He wondered why he had agreed to this business. Maybe it was Youchang's exotic blend of grace and power that drew him.
There was something about the way acted. It made you feel unsafe but still want to do business with him. He was simply charming, notwithstanding his powerful aura and intimidating personality. Or the way he wanted things to be done his way.
Xiao Dan knew him very well. He probably knew him more than any other person in the world excluding Yuangun Chen his twin. He knew him as much as he would know his son. Even if Youchang was not, he XiaoDan had once saw him as a son. That was once. Then when Youchang was naive. He did not know the world. He did not know fame, or power, or wealth. He knew just science and family then.
But then Every thing changed. Xiao Dan could not tell what exactly changed, but to him it felt like everything . Youchang stoped being the sweet little boy he could use, toss and order around.
Now, Youchang was king. A modern, technological king. He now ruled with ease, not just earth, but also down to venus. He was not the president, but he ruled even the president himself.
Xiao Dan had now come to wonder how he had agreed to come to venus with them. It risked his life and that of his entire family. Youchang literally had their lives in his hand.
And to be on the safe side, he had to make Youchang become again that sweet little boy he could toss about. But first, he had to erase his name off Youchang's blacklist. Yes that was the safest thing to do. A very wise thing.
Xiao Dan dipped his hand into his pocket, brought out his smart phone and spoke to it.
"Put me through to my driver." The phone beeped, and in a second the humble voice of the driver spewed out.
"Hello sir."
"Get the car ready. We are heading out to Youchang's estate now." He said simply. And ended the call. Now was the right word. There was no time to waste

Xiao Dan's driver pulled up in front of Youchang's mansion. The man's house had always been a marvel to him. The thick glass building. The kind of glass that you could not see through from outside. The litlle glows from inside the building that was always there. The house look fanciful, but an experienced eye could see through the fanciful exterior. An experienced eye could see that this was not just a beautiful building, it could also see that this was a building designed to survive time, built to remain even when this artificial world built by men start stumbling. The experienced eyes of Xiao Dan could see all this as he stepped out of his car as gracefully as he could and walked towards the building.
Inside the building Xiao Dan was welcomed. Xiao Dan shook his head in disappointment. Youchang still had not let go of his serious lifestyle. Imagine he had a receptionist in his house. He had always said that when he was a child. He had always complained that a housekeeper would be too local for him.
The receptionist smiled at him. It might have been just a smile, but it struck him as rather seductive. He knew even with his age, he could still catch the eye of young beautiful women. He smiled back at her, even more seductively. It turned out she was Australian.
She stretched out her hand "Amelia " she said leaning towards him.
"Xiao Dan" He replied nodding. "Nice to meet you Amelia." He added. She smiled.
"I'm here to see your boss. Youchang Chen" he said releasing her hand against her will.
"Is he aware of your visit?" She asked, obviously disappointed in the change of discussion.
"No. You can just tell him Xiao Dan is here."
"You see sir it does not work that way. You can have a seat and I'll speak to his personal assistant." She said gesturing to few sofas arranged in the room.
Xiao Dan obeyed. He watched her from his seat. Speaking into her smart band at times, and her cell phone other times. She was hot he had to admit. Youchang had a reputation of having hot workers. Maybe all of them trying to seduce him. But this one, she was very hot. Her velvet dress clung to her full breast and hips. She pouted her full lips with pepper red lipstick as she talked in the phone. Her V necked dress helped Shim see a little if her cleavage. He never knew Australians could be this beautiful. She obviously liked him so he would not just let her go.
The sound of the automatic door sliding open caught his attention. He turned to face the door and saw Jiehong Liu approaching him. Xiao Dan sighed deeply. 'Another bunch of problem' he thought.
