When Nolan walked into the charity gala, every eye turned to acknowledge him. He might not be the tallest man in the great hall, but he certainly stood out amongst everyone else, commanding the room with his mere presence.
He had everything a woman would want, and everything a man would envy. He was not just handsome with a great physique, nor just a nepo baby, who used his parents' success to get ahead of everybody else. In truth, he was creatively talented, innovatively intelligent, and had a great sense of humor.
Nolan was nearly damn perfect. "Except for the fact that he's no husband material," Emily mumbled as her eyes followed her husband as he mingled with the crowd.
Emily quickly looked away from Nolan, who stood across the room, looking imposing as ever in his three-piece, impeccable black tuxedo.
