Emma waited for him to hang up, her clear eyes shining with gentleness: "Your mother's phone?"
"Yes." Alex pulled her to sit on his lap, his two hands naturally hugging her waist: "My mother was forbidden by my grandfather before; only after my grandfather passed away did she feel a little more comfortable. "Normal people will have conflicts between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law after getting married. I'm not a normal person, so you don't need to worry."
