She was casting a basic light type magic that seemed to be following the concept of Convergence, she was about to cast what seemed to be a spell that releases a flashlight kind of effect, it was a non-lethal activation of magic at most, but it's depend on who perceive it and agree to label it as such, it was also related to the timing of this spell which could turn it to be judged as lethal .
Sadly for Honoka, her situation might be categorized as the latter, if the president of the Public Morals Committee were to be present in the vicinity to sense the magic sequence be activated and the Eidos in the surroundings being altered and from I can see, she was and she wasn't the only one there as well, the Students Council President was right next to her .
Those two guys will make their judgment based on the facts on front of them and in this particular scenarios, the odds were piled up against Honoka, in this scenario Honoka innocent motives might make her suffer even more severe punishment than me .
In most of the cases where this kind of light attribute magic would have been used, there wouldn't have been that big of an issue but in this particular scenario and with so many people who were about to cast different spells all at the exact same time, her innocent actions might deal much more harm than good .
This released magic at the same time would be much stronger than normal release of magic spells, there was almost no way for all these students to react in time and revoke their Magic Rituals without severely injuring their Magic Calculation Area, I know because I done a huge amount of simulations on my mind .
If the situation left to unfold as it's, Honoka flash like spell will end up blinding at least half of the students who were trying to invoke Magic, which will result in the magic released to be out of hand of the caster .
Chaotic release of Magical spells of varying degree of danger and range, this whole place would witness a devastating incident that might end up taking even a few lives, that was how dangerous the situation was, I couldn't help but recall the incident that happened after my first try to invoke Magic .
I couldn't help but glance at where Tatsuya was standing and even though we both shared similar talent, unlike me who can accelerate my thoughts to the point of making the world around me reach the Absolute Stillness, his supernatural magic allowed him to barely be able to react weakly to my gaze at him and he looked back and I saw the answer to one of my inquiries in his eyes .
It seem that he won't make a move, that what his eyes were telling me, I looked at him thinking that his magic should be able to solve this situation without scratch, even though there would be still some traces of Magic being activated, the situation would be still manageable, a lie or two should be more than enough to solve this whole situation, but seeing his response, I understood what he was conveying .
He was asking me to be the one who do it, the reason simple really, if I wanted to, then not only will I be able to interfere with the magic they were about to invoke and destroy the traces of it even be activated, I can directly erase the Psions in that whole place for a few minutes of time, magic can't be activated with no Psions to invoke a change in the Eidos .
Absolute Dispersion, that was the name that this nerd guy Tatsuya called it, not only will the spell allow me to nullify magic, even the sequences, traces, magic energy, everything will be nullified and dispersed, I'm able to fill the place with Psions the minute I dispersed the Psions that had already stored the spells information in them .
The moment Absolute Dispersion will be used, it could directly kill the guys who are trying to invoke Magic, of course that if I didn't support the place with Magical Energy, the second I do it, making this magic quite lethal to anything and anyone, my Black Hole supernatural magic was infused into the magical structure of the spell .
Using Absolute Dispersion would make the magic sequence in the CADs of the students in front of me to be revoked as well, the Magical Sequence will dissaper from the logs of the said CADs, after all this was Cause-Effect kind of reaction .
Those were the reasons to why he believed that I was the best man for the mission, even though I thought quite the opposite, after using my Absolute Dispersion, if my intention was like what I wanted to do here, then it will still create a sense of shock in the hearts of those who was being affected by the spell .
Their Magic Calculation Area had already relayed that the magical ritual was invoked, so unless I used my Fabrication to alter their minds, they would still fell into a trance, even if it was just for a few milliseconds and utmost 3 second, my uncertainty was because the only person who I got to taste this Magic with was Tatsuya and him only .
