The female doctor immediately understood Kelsey's significance to Rhett.
She didn't dare be careless. "We don't know the exact cause of her sudden pain, but if she continues like this, she risks hurting herself…"
"President Clark, we need to intervene," she pressed gently. "Otherwise, the patient's condition will only deteriorate."
Rhett forced himself to take a deep, steadying breath. He made himself turn away from the sight of Kelsey trembling in agony.
His voice came out cold, flat. "Do whatever you have to. Just make it stop."
With that, he turned his back to the scene.
The female doctor understood.
She gave a quick nod to her colleague beside her, then stepped forward, her movements gentle but firm as she tried to hold Kelsey still.
Kelsey fought. She thrashed weakly.
