"Is this the effect of the strengthening potion? It's quite interesting!"
Looking at Scorpion and Tombstone—both of whom had clearly grown taller—2B felt not the slightest fear, only curiosity.
Her creator had recently been working on a bat suit to enhance his combat effectiveness, but in her opinion, armor was still an external aid and far less practical than using potions to strengthen the body itself.
She decided to take this strengthening potion back and present it to him. With his wisdom, he might be able to refine it and create an even more potent version.
That way, her creator would possess formidable combat power even without wearing the bat suit—a truly valuable advantage.
"Interesting? Damn woman, I'll make you die today!"
As the strengthening potion surged through his veins, Tombstone felt a rush of energy as if he'd been injected with pure adrenaline. Not only that—he felt overwhelmingly powerful.
Before the injection, he could lift objects weighing roughly 2,000 kilograms, and his body could emit heat up to 100 degrees Celsius. Now, thanks to the potion, his abilities had tripled.
In other words, his strength now reached at least 6,000 kilograms, and the heat he could generate exceeded 300 degrees Celsius. Such a dramatic boost filled him with absolute confidence.
Without hesitation, he launched himself at 2B, charging forward and hurling his clenched fist like a cannonball—intent on crushing her in a single blow.
But what he never expected was that, to 2B, his full-power punch felt as light as a feather—utterly devoid of force.
She didn't even bother dodging. Expressionless, she simply raised her hand, closed it calmly—and effortlessly caught his fist mid-swing.
"How is this possible?!" Tombstone gasped, horror and disbelief flooding his eyes as his strongest attack was neutralized with ease.
"You may not be very strong," 2B said coolly, "but you're certainly arrogant. How dare you claim I'll die today? It's you who deserves to die."
She shook her head in disdain, then tightened her grip. With a sharp crack, Tombstone's fist shattered in her palm.
"Ah!!" Agony ripped through his body, and he screamed.
"Is that all you've got? You're so weak it's laughable," 2B said flatly, her voice dripping with contempt.
Enraged by her mockery, Tombstone's expression twisted with fury. Gritting his teeth against the pain, he unleashed a wave of searing heat from his body, hoping the scorching temperature would force her to let go.
But 2B merely tilted her head, utterly unimpressed.
After all, she was a robot—she felt no pain. And the artificial skin Loren had crafted for her was made of high-temperature-resistant material. Three hundred degrees? That was nothing. Even 1,000 degrees wouldn't so much as scorch her.
"Body burning? Is this your big ability? How utterly useless."
"How… how is this possible?!"
Tombstone's eyes widened in terror. He already knew the woman before him was absurdly strong—but now, faced with his utter helplessness, fear truly took hold.
But he hadn't expected it to be so outrageous!
"Is this still even human? She's nothing but a humanoid monster!"
Realizing he was no match for 2B, Tombstone immediately called for help:
"Scorpion! What are you just standing there for? Help me kill her!"
Hearing this, Scorpion—who had been watching the fight like it was a show—sprang into action. He swung his mechanical tail and drove it fiercely toward the back of 2B's head, attempting a surprise attack from behind.
But what he didn't expect was that before his tail could even land, 2B didn't so much as turn her head. Instead, she simply swung the katana in her hand backward in one fluid motion.
In an instant, his scorpion tail was severed.
His eyes widened in shock. After all, his Scorpion suit was forged from special-grade steel—his tail had once pierced through solid steel plating with ease.
Yet now, it had been cleanly sliced off by that woman as if it were paper. It was utterly unbelievable!
If he hadn't seen it with his own eyes, he wouldn't have believed it even if someone beat it into him.
Two things were now undeniably clear:
First, the katana in her hand was no ordinary weapon—its material was clearly superior to the alloy used in his Scorpion suit.
Second, the woman before him possessed strength far beyond his comprehension. No mere sharp blade could achieve such a feat without extraordinary power behind it.
The moment he grasped these truths, fear took hold. He wanted nothing more than to abandon Tombstone and flee.
His plan was sound in theory—but reality was cruel.
Before he could take a single step, 2B didn't stop at cutting off his tail. She pivoted, seized Tombstone with inhuman force, and hurled him straight at Scorpion like a living projectile.
Scorpion barely had time to react. He stumbled backward—but not fast enough. Tombstone crashed into him like a sandbag, sending them both sprawling to the floor in a humiliating heap.
Still, both were seasoned fighters. The moment they hit the ground, they rolled apart and sprang back to their feet.
But 2B had anticipated their every move. The instant they rose, she was already upon them.
Her katana became a blur—a shadow lancing through the air with lightning speed. In one seamless strike, it pierced both their bodies and pinned them to the office wall.
"Aaah! Aaahh!!"
Shrill screams tore from Tombstone's and Scorpion's throats.
They hung there like skewered meat—impaled together by 2B's blade, blood dripping in grotesque symmetry. The scene looked ripped straight from an old-school Hong Kong crime thriller.
"It seems the enhancement serum you took didn't work," 2B said with cold disdain. "But then again—trash is still trash. No matter what you consume, it won't change that. Now… die."
As she spoke, the anti-gravity drone hovering behind her fired two precise shots. In less than a heartbeat, bullets pierced both men's skulls.
Just like that, all three of Kingpin's lieutenants were dead.
But the moment 2B turned to hunt down Kingpin himself, she saw him vanish through a hidden door in the office, already retreating toward the rooftop. Simultaneously, the Kingpin Building's security system roared to life.
From every corridor, a flood of armed men charged toward her…
