"Lord Inoichi, something bad happened!"
Yamanaka Inoichi was sleeping in a small hut outside the Forest of Death when an examiner ran in to wake him up.
"What is it?" Yamanaka Inoichi rubbed his sleepy eyes and asked.
"There's a strange phenomenon in the sky above the Forest of Death! It looks terrifying!" the examiner replied quickly.
"What?!" Yamanaka Inoichi was shocked and lost all sleepiness. He ran outside the hut.
"This is..." Yamanaka Inoichi was surprised and confused.
He ordered his subordinate, "Notify Lord Hokage immediately! The situation is too strange. It looks like the Chunin Exams can't continue!"
"Yes!" The examiner nodded quickly and ran to the Hokage Building.
But the most worried person was Tanuki Shigaraki.
He was stunned by the change in the sky, then started running wildly. The change was happening right above his head!
"Damn it, damn it, damn it! Is this that kid's ninjutsu too? You've got to be kidding me!!!"
Tanuki Shigaraki couldn't even speak properly. His speed doubled, the power of the human body in a crisis. But that power was nothing compared to Kaoru's Justice Blade.
"Die!" Kaoru's Sharingan stared at the front, blood flowing from the corners of his eyes, like when he used "Destiny."
"Rumble!" In the giant vortex in the sky, a golden sword appeared. The sword was majestic, filled with an aura that looked down on humans, as if only a god could wield it!
"It's over, it's completely over..." Tanuki Shigaraki ran out of the Forest of Death. But when he looked at the golden sword, he felt despair.
This was the power of a god. Even if he escaped the Forest of Death, he couldn't escape death.
"Using this move on you is overkill, but whatever. You made me so angry," Kaoru said coldly, gritting his teeth. His Sharingan started to ache, but he endured it.
"That sword is..." The Third Hokage and Danzō arrived at the edge of the Forest of Death. They looked at everything in disbelief.
Even they, as Kage-level fighters, didn't dare to approach the power of the heavens.
"Accept judgment," Kaoru smiled. The Justice Blade, as big as a building, finally struck!
"Boom!!!" The Justice Blade fell, kicking up a lot of dust, like a sandstorm. The ground near the Forest of Death trembled, and some places cracked.
The sky and earth changed color, and birds were startled. It was a doomsday scene.
"Rumble!!!" The Justice Blade cut into the ground like tofu. The blade quickly disappeared into the ground, and the surrounding trees were shattered.
Tanuki Shigaraki was at the center of the blade. Before the sword landed, he was crushed to dust by the pressure of the sword, disappearing completely.
Not only him, but the Genin near him were also caught in the blast.
"Run, Atsui!" Two Cloud Village Genin were at the edge of the sword's range. The Cloud Village ninja shouted to the blonde kid behind him.
"Rumble!" Before Atsui could speak, he was engulfed by the sword...
A part of the Forest of Death was a scene of devastation.
"What power!" Danzō looked at the golden sword in the Forest of Death with envy, his eyes showing his desire for it.
Finally, the Justice Blade finished its attack, and the sword turned into starlight and disappeared. The vortex in the sky slowly disappeared.
Only the Forest of Death's scarred face showed that the terrifying scene wasn't a dream.
"What power..." The Third Hokage put down his pipe, stunned for three or four seconds before reacting.
"I now announce that the second Chunin Exam is terminated! Everyone enter the Forest of Death to rescue the Genin!" the Third Hokage ordered. "But be careful."
His first thought was that something strange happened in the Forest of Death, but it couldn't have been done by the Genin.
That power was beyond even Jōnin. He had never seen that ninjutsu before.
"Yes!" The Leaf Village ninjas obeyed, including ordinary ninjas and Anbu members. Kakashi was among them.
"Wait, Lord Hokage. We want to go in too," a voice said. The Third Hokage turned and saw the Jōnin from the other four great nations.
They had heard the commotion in the Forest of Death and came here.
"Our village's Genin are in the Forest of Death. Lord Tsuchikage is very concerned about their safety. So, please, Lord Hokage, let us go in," Kirotsuchi said, his face full of anxiety.
"Impossible!" Before the Third Hokage could speak, Danzō said, "The second part of the Chunin Exams is a life-or-death battle. You should have been prepared for this when you sent your Genin..."
The Jōnin from the other four nations frowned.
Danzō took out a stack of documents from the small hut and showed them to the Jōnin: "These are the consent forms signed by your Genin. They are responsible for their own lives in the Forest of Death. So, please wait patiently outside."
Danzō knew that the Jōnin's goal wasn't just to care about the Genin. The first people to arrive at the scene of the accident in the Forest of Death would get the most information.
He couldn't let the ninjas from other countries get the first information. He couldn't let the ninjas from other villages know what happened in his village.
"But the Chunin Exams have been temporarily terminated, right?" Ao, the Kirigakure Jōnin, retorted.
"Besides, we're asking Lord Hokage, not you, Lord Danzō..."
"You bastard! Are you saying I don't have the right to give orders?!" Danzō's face turned cold, and he was about to explode.
"Okay, Danzō... calm down," the Third Hokage said, stopping Danzō from continuing.
The Third Hokage looked at the four Jōnin from the other countries: "I understand your concern for your country's Genin. Our Genin are also in the Forest of Death. We will rescue them all equally. Please wait outside for news."
"But, Lord Hokage..." The four Jōnin were unwilling to hear the Third Hokage say that.
"That's enough. Please wait patiently. This is our Leaf Village's territory!" the Third Hokage said coldly.
He knew that the Jōnin's goal wouldn't be so simple. He couldn't let them investigate first.

The four Jōnin looked at each other and had to obey the Third Hokage.
"Sarutobi still has some brains," Danzō thought.
In another place, in the Forest of Death.
"Finally, it is over..." Kaoru used the S-Rank Hero Ninjutsu: Justice and sat down on the ground, exhausted.

"Bang!" The River King disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Kaoru didn't have enough chakra to keep the monster in this world.
The Leaf Village ninja in the River King's mouth was released.
"I should check on that Leaf Village ninja, release him from the genjutsu, and find out who's behind this," Kaoru thought, standing up and walking towards the place where he fought.
