Chapter 25 - The Battle Begins! Wayne's New Commission

The next second, Bullet, enduring the attacks of the three, burst out of the explosion's center. His fists swung so fast that only afterimages could be seen.

With one punch, he shattered Akainu's Hellhound, and Sakazuki flew backward, clutching his right hand.

With another punch, he solidly struck Kuzan's elementalized body, sending him flying as well.

Finally, he launched himself into the sky, throwing a punch that missed. Borsalino was clever; seeing the situation was dire, he directly fled to a distant location, leaving Bullet with no way to catch him.

Sakazuki crashed onto a Marine warship, Kuzan fell into the sea, freezing a section of the surface, and Borsalino escaped unscathed.

Undeniably, the future three Admirals were still very green at this point, and a long period of tempering was still needed before they could become the Marine's strongest combat force.

Sengoku took a deep breath at the sight, shouting into the Den Den Mushi: "Garp, what are you still standing around for?"

"Tch! Troublesome!" Garp tossed away his senbei bag, springing up from his deck chair. The deck beneath his feet exploded, and his figure shot out like a cannonball.

"Fist of Impact!!!"

Garp in the air raised his right hand, his iron fist, imbued with Armament Haki, slammed down on Bullet from above.

Boom!!!

Their fists collided, and a terrifying shockwave erupted in a ring shape, a massive crater being forcibly pressed into the ground.

Bullet was actually sent sliding back dozens of meters by that punch, barely managing to steady himself and avoid falling down.

"Hahahaha!" Bullet didn't get angry; instead, he laughed, his eyes burning with excitement!

This was the battle he wanted! These were the opponents who could make his blood boil!

"Again!" Bullet roared, launching an even more ferocious attack. Garp responded steadily, each collision producing a deafening roar.

The two fought from the sky to the sea, and then from the sea to the ruins of the front island. Wherever they passed, not a blade of grass remained, and the aftermath of their battle made the entire Enies Lobby tremble.

Seeing that Garp couldn't take down Bullet in a short time, Sengoku suddenly ripped off his cloak, revealing his muscular physique, with golden Buddha light faintly appearing around him:

"Garp! I'll help you!"

A massive, dazzling golden Buddha appeared on Enies Lobby.

Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Great Buddha form!

Sengoku raised his enormous golden palm and slammed it down fiercely towards Bullet: "Buddha's Impact!!!"

Bullet's eyes narrowed, and he decisively dodged to the side, but he was still sent flying by the shockwave, soaring into the distance.

On the distant sea, the pirate ships that had been observing were already utterly silent, everyone stunned speechless by the world-shattering battle.

"Mon... monsters!"

"One man taking on the Marine Hero and an Admiral?! Is this Bullet even human?!"

On one inconspicuous small ship, Sir Crocodile, clad in a fur coat, bit down hard on his cigar, his face so gloomy it looked like it could drip water.

"Bullet..." he muttered in a low voice, a hint of dryness in his tone, "How could he have become so strong in just a few years?"

Once upon a time, though Bullet was strong, he couldn't do anything to him; after all, he couldn't even hurt him.

But now, watching Bullet still fighting back and forth under the combined suppression of Garp and Sengoku, a strong sense of unwillingness welled up in Crocodile's heart.

"The me of now... I'm afraid I'm no longer his match."

At the same time, in the clouds above.

The intensity of the battle was constantly escalating, and Enies Lobby would soon turn into ruins.

Suddenly, Wayne, who was observing from the sidelines, frowned, because just now, the system had actually given him another commission for this world.

[Commission Order: The Power to Pursue Justice - T-Bone]

Commission Description: Bullet's battle with the Marines is earth-shattering. Colonel T-Bone wants to do something, but his power is too weak. He can only try his best to save the Marine soldiers affected by the battle. He yearns for power, power sufficient to allow him to pursue justice.

Commission Requirement: Grant T-Bone power (Devil Fruit) sufficient to change his original fate.

Commission Reward: Depending on the type of Devil Fruit granted, receive a corresponding Devil Fruit detector, Chaos +2%

The first thing Wayne thought when he saw this commission wasn't how to complete it, but why the commission would directly specify a Chaos reward.

Wayne recalled carefully: T-Bone, who would become a Marineford Vice Admiral in the future, was a man whose hobby was helping others and whose motto was "a hundred good deeds a day."

But even for one of the few "good people" in the Marines, his end was extremely tragic.

After being put on a bounty by the Cross Guild, he was killed by the civilians he protected during an operation in exchange for the bounty, and even when Sengoku and Tsuru mentioned him, it was merely a passing remark, as if they didn't care at all.

T-Bone.

It could be said to be a very ironic ending.

If Wayne gave him a Zoan or Logia Devil Fruit, his fate would undoubtedly change.

Is that why the commission explicitly states a Chaos reward?

Wayne stroked his chin; he seemed to understand a bit how to stir things up next.

As the saying goes, a single flower does not make spring; a hundred flowers blooming fill the garden with spring. He could completely become an angelic investor.

Foster potential pirates to rise and challenge the Marines, help Wayne cause trouble, and make the sea even more chaotic.

Invest in the new generation of Marines to stabilize the Marine's foundation, ensuring they aren't completely overwhelmed by pirates.

Sponsor the Revolutionary Army to help them quickly become a new force on the sea, opposing the World Government. Wayne even wanted to start his own faction, as Dragon was really too disappointing, always just sweating all day long.

Wayne's agents would fight among themselves, while he, as "Wade," would occasionally cause trouble for the World Government.

Help whoever is weaker; an agent of war is the correct way for the Lord of Chaos to operate.

Returning to the main topic, Wayne definitely wouldn't lose out on this commission. A Devil Fruit detector could randomly mark a corresponding type of Devil Fruit, and as long as his luck wasn't bad, he would generally get the corresponding Devil Fruit.

It's worth noting that in the system store, a Zoan Devil Fruit detector costs 100,000 commission points, a Paramecia costs 300,000, and a Logia is as high as 1,000,000.

Although this price is a bit expensive, there's a reason for it; after all, Devil Fruits are rare items that can change a person's fate.

He just so happened to have five Devil Fruits on hand, covering Paramecia, Logia, and Zoan types. To maximize profit, he definitely had to give the Logia Devil Fruit to T-Bone.

This way, he would obtain a Logia Devil Fruit detector, thereby having a chance to obtain the Rumble-Rumble Fruit or the Dark-Dark Fruit.

Even if it's another Logia, it doesn't matter; he'll just save it, what if there's another opportunity next time?

Originally, Wayne was going to save the Mera Mera no Mi for the as-yet-unborn Ace, as Ace with the Mera Mera no Mi just felt right.

However, every man for himself; Wayne had to satisfy himself first, and then others.
