Blanche's POV
I could feel the deadly rage radiating from Vincent's stare as it fixed on Nathan Vins, and an arctic chill seemed to spread through the air.
Nathan couldn't even bring himself to look Vincent in the eye anymore.
Instead, I watched him dart his gaze frantically around the room, clearly hunting for some way out. His heart had to be hammering - mine certainly was.
But Vincent's crew had locked this place down completely. Not even the tiniest gap remained.
Right now, getting out was totally out of the question - even an insect would be trapped.
Nathan didn't bother arguing or making excuses, which told Vincent everything he needed to know. The bastard definitely hurt Camila, I could see Vincent thinking, his fury building like a storm.
Vincent couldn't take it anymore. He whipped around and barked at his lieutenant, "Patton, get them out of here."
The scarred man responded immediately, "Yes, Mr. Aarav."
