Ava squinted her eyes against a ray of shining dust coming from an over head light in the center of the garden. Next to it, was a shadow, bleak, and blur, leaning towards her like it wanted to lift her up.
"Ava?!" This was probably the fifth time she heard her name, and if she didn't answer, she'd feel snuffed out of the next whiff of air her lungs dragged in to keep her alive.
"Hmmm!"
"Dr Lian wants to speak with you now. He's on a conference call with Mr Anthonio." The voice wasn't familiar, yet it didn't feel strange. Rubbing her eyes to full glare of who it was standing before her, Ava realized her mind had been reeling in on thoughts, more complex than she could fathom at once.
The figure was a female. She recognized It as one of the young Drs on Dr Lian's team.
Ava frowned slightly.
