Chapter 167 - Chapter 167: Dadan's Lover

Chapter 167: Dadan's Lover

"Vice Admiral Garp , the number of casualties has been counted, please take a look." The aide handed over the document with both hands.

Garp quickly skimmed through the file, "What's this? The dead are all from the royal family, and the civilians only suffered some frostbite."

Then he slammed the file onto the aide's chest, "The rescue efforts for the Goa Kingdom are all yours now."

"Eh?!" The aide suddenly realized what Garp was about to do, "Vice Admiral Garp , you're not planning to run off again, are you?"

"Really don't know how to talk," Garp pinched his nose, "I'm just going for a leisurely vacation."

"Isn't that the same thing?!"

Garp and his aide walked along a snow-covered path, the snow still hasn't melted from the blizzard Esdeath had released earlier.

"The enemy has the same power as Admiral Aokiji," the aide said, looking at the ice walls Esdeath had created to surround the high town.

"Hmph..." Garp snorted and swung his fist, striking the ice wall with a punch.

The once impenetrable ice wall cracked in countless places from the center of Garp 's punch.

"Crash, crash," the points where the shattered ice connected couldn't bear their own weight, and large chunks of ice kept falling.

The aide clapped his hands, arms holding the document tightly, "As expected of Vice Admiral Garp ! Even with cannons, we could hardly break this ice wall, and we thought it would melt on its own, but you shattered it with one punch."

"The 'Ice Queen' Esdeath," Garp narrowed his eyes, muttering to himself.

"That person's ice abilities are quite impressive..."

"Eh?" The aide was taken aback.

Garp didn't respond to his subordinate's question, turning and leaving the high town to head towards Colubo Mountain to visit his two precious grandsons.

"Vice Admiral Garp ! Wait for me, there's still work to do..." The aide, wearing a gentleman's hat, quickly reached out with his hand, but the documents fell to the ground with a rustling sound.

Helpless, the aide squatted to pick up the materials, and by the time he stood up again, Garp had already disappeared without a trace.

"Sigh, he's gone again..."

At this time, Hina was leading the navy to repair the damaged streets from the battle, of course, within the high town.

"What's going on with your navy? Why are you so slow!" A female noble stood at her doorstep, scolding Hina, "I've had to stay out of my house for days. Hurry up and clean this mess!"

The surviving nobles, seeing the navy arrive, seemed to revert back to their self-centered attitudes, pointing fingers and disturbing the scene.

The noblewoman spoke with so much saliva that some of it splashed onto Hina's favorite pink outfit.

Hina, unable to tolerate it anymore, a # symbol appeared on her forehead.

"Look, what's that?!" Hina raised her hand and pointed behind the noblewoman.

"Huh?"

The noblewoman turned around, and Hina kicked her into unconsciousness.

"Lieutenant!" The navy soldiers behind her were shocked.

"Shh," Hina placed a finger to her lips, " Hina didn't see anything."

"Yeah, I didn't see anything either." The navy soldiers, captivated by Hina's beauty, nodded in agreement.

"Eric, because of you, I got scolded by that noblewoman, and her saliva is all over my clothes!" Hina didn't hesitate to place all the blame on Eric.

...

"A week has passed, and the ice walls Esdeath created are still so hard. I remember Aokiji's Ice Age melted around a week too," Garp thought to himself while walking along the trail in Colubo Mountain, noticing the snow in the forest's shadows. "Has it even snowed here now?" He turned to look at the direction of the Goa Kingdom's capital, but the towering walls were no longer in sight.

"That person's Devil Fruit power has probably awakened, tsk, another dangerous person has emerged."

"Hey, Dadan! I'm here!" Upon seeing Dadan's house, Garp immediately shouted, "Luffy! Ace! Where did you two run off to..."

"Shut up, old man, you're so annoying!" Ace jumped out of the house.

"Who's calling me?" Luffy followed, running out, "Grandpa!"

"Ah, you're home." Garp made an innocent expression, then furrowed his brows, "What did you call me? I'm your beloved grandfather! Taste the Iron Fist of Love!"

Garp swiftly ran towards them, showing no sign of being an elderly man nearing seventy.

"Iron Fist of Love!" The punch that could have easily hit Ace's head was dodged when Ace tilted his head effortlessly.

"Oh?" Garp was slightly surprised, "Not bad, I didn't expect your strength to improve so quickly. Take this!"

...

"Ouch, ouch, ouch!" Luffy and Ace were both covered in dirt, lying on the ground.

Ace still had enough energy to protest, "Damn it, old man, you hit way too hard!"

Dadan and the bandits hiding behind the door were watching.

"Both brothers got knocked down."

"You didn't think they could defeat the navy hero Garp , did you?"

"Didn't expect you both to have learned Observation Haki, and Ace even has some Armament Haki..." Garp sat down, "Not many people in the East Blue know these techniques. Who did you learn them from?"

"Hmph!" The two boys, lying on the ground, turned their heads and ignored him.

Garp shifted his gaze to the bandits behind the door, "Do you know?"

"We... we don't..."

"Huh?!" Garp glared at them, and they instantly fell silent.

Dadan, not missing a beat, quickly sold out the two boys, "A while back, I ran into the Eric Pirates, and their 'Sagittarius' Chiron taught them for about ten days."

Luffy and Ace both yelled, "Dadan!"

"You can't say that!"

"I misjudged you, Dadan!"

The two boys were on the ground, entangled with Dadan.

"Stop joking, little brats!" Dadan retorted angrily, "You've met one of the world's most notorious pirates, how could I not tell Garp !"

"Oh? They didn't make a move on the people in the village?"

"Make a move on the villagers? No," Dadan thought carefully, "Honestly, they were nothing like the vicious monsters described in the papers. They were actually quite polite."

"Especially Chiron, he's calm, his expression gentle, he's quite a good match..."

"Hey, Boss," the short bandit said, unable to believe it, "You're not into Chiron, are you?"

As if his thoughts were exposed, Dadan's face turned bright red, and he stammered, "N-no, no way, I'm a mountain bandit! How could I like a pirate!"

The voice became quieter.

He immediately yelled at his subordinates, "Call him Mr. Chiron! What's with this 'little guy'!"

"Huh?" Luffy and Ace quickly got up and looked Dadan up and down several times.

Ace sighed, "Stop dreaming, Eric's ship has plenty of beautiful women, Dadan, you have no chance."

Dadan immediately became furious, "When I was young, I was very beautiful, okay!"

The short bandit mocked, "Beauty when you were young doesn't match how you look now, you look like a bear..."

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

The short bandit had a bump on his head taller than his own height.

Seeing the commotion end, Garp asked, "What else did they teach you?"

The two boys turned their heads again in silence.

Garp then turned his gaze back to Dadan, with Ace and Luffy still glaring at Dadan.

Dadan, who was biting his cigarette, couldn't stand the stares from all three and finally gave up, "After they attacked the Goa Kingdom a few days ago, they gave Ace and Luffy a huge sum of money!"

"Dadan!" Ace and Luffy charged towards Dadan.

"Ace, Luffy!" Garp 's large figure overshadowed the two, and he said slowly, "You two didn't learn your lesson? Taste the Iron Fist of Love!"

"Ah!"
