Inside the Hokage's Office, a crisp knock echoed against the door.
"I'm coming in!" Shikamaru's voice sounded before he even finished pushing the door open.
At that moment, Naruto sat behind his desk, completely absorbed in the ancient scroll he held tightly in his hands.
It wasn't until Shikamaru approached that Naruto finally looked up, meeting his advisor's calm gaze.
"The meeting's ready—it's about to start," Shikamaru said evenly.
"Huh? Already?" Naruto blinked, slightly surprised.
Shikamaru's eyes drifted toward the scroll in Naruto's hands. "What are you studying so intently?"
Naruto gently set the scroll down and stood. "It's a Uzumaki Clan relic I came across in the library a few days ago. These scrolls are incredibly rare—they document events from the Warring States Era."
"I see," Shikamaru said with mild surprise. "Didn't expect you to suddenly get into history."
Naruto chuckled softly. "It's not that, really. A name written inside it caught me off guard."
"A name?" Shikamaru raised an eyebrow. "Don't tell me it's your son's name or something."
Naruto rubbed his temple and gave a wry smile. "You really know how to guess, Shikamaru. But yeah—you're actually right. Boruto's name shows up in this scroll."
Shikamaru's mouth twitched. "You're kidding… I was just joking."
Naruto clasped his hands together, his face growing more serious. "It mentions the Uchiha weapon... and Boruto Uzumaki."
Then, in a low voice, he read aloud, "May light find her own happiness in the world of the future."
He paused. "It's signed by Tsuki Kage—the 27th Clan Leader of the Uzumaki Clan."
Shikamaru frowned, taking the scroll to inspect it for himself. "This… it really is your son's name."
"I know. I don't understand it either," Naruto admitted. "How could Boruto's name appear in a scroll written hundreds of years before he was even born?"
"Let's hope it's just a coincidence," Shikamaru muttered with a sigh.
Suddenly, a young ninja burst into the room, pale and gasping for breath. "Hokage-sama! Emergency! The village gate—it's been burned down by black flames!"
"What?!"
Naruto's expression changed instantly, caught between shock and disbelief.
"Black flames…" Shikamaru's eyes narrowed. "Could it be Amaterasu?"
Naruto groaned. "Seriously? What's Sasuke up to this time? My son elopes with his daughter, and he burns down the gate? Isn't that overkill?"
Meanwhile, somewhere far quieter, Sasuke sneezed suddenly beside Sakura.
"What's wrong, Sasuke?" Sakura asked, glancing at him with concern.
"Nothing. Maybe Little Peanut misses me," Sasuke said with a small grin, placing his hand gently over Sakura's slightly rounded stomach.
Outside the ruined gates of Konoha, Tobirama watched the scene with fury in his eyes. The black flames still raged, refusing to die down.
"How dare someone destroy Konoha's gate right in front of me, the Second Hokage?!" he shouted. "You've got some nerve! Even if you know that yellow-haired brat, I won't forgive you!"
Before he could finish, two figures flickered into view—Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Shisui.
"Orochimaru?" Itachi's voice dropped coldly. "It's you."
Shisui's eyes widened slightly as he glanced toward the young girl standing near Orochimaru.
"Mangekyō Sharingan…? Already?"
The last time he had been this stunned was when he discovered Itachi's niece had awakened her own Mangekyō.
"Haha, Itachi," Orochimaru said with a sly smile, "you're still so hostile toward me."
Seeing the Uchiha duo arrive, Tobirama's tone softened slightly. "Good—more Uchiha reinforcements. Come help me punish this evil—"
But he stopped abruptly. A chill ran down his spine.
A shadow appeared behind him.
"Hmph," a cold voice said. "Evil Uchiha Tobirama!"
"Madara!" Tobirama leapt forward in shock. "You're here too?!"
Another familiar voice echoed. "Madara, my brother's surname is Senju, you know," Hashirama said as he appeared beside him.
"Do you really need to remind me?" Madara muttered, rolling his eyes.
Orochimaru glanced around at the sudden gathering of legends. "Tch… looks like getting this Uchiha girl into Konoha is going to be far more troublesome than I thought."
Nearby, Suigetsu and Jugo hid in the shadows, watching the chaos.
"Hey, Jugo," Suigetsu whispered nervously, "I think we should get outta here. Way too many monsters in one place. If they start fighting, even the shockwave could kill us."
"Orochimaru hasn't left yet," Jugo replied calmly.
"Why are you worrying about him? You know he always has a plan," Suigetsu muttered, shaking his head.
"Orochimaru," Hashirama said curiously, "we meet again. Who's this little girl with the Mangekyō?"
Orochimaru began to answer, "First Hokage, she is—"
Before he could finish, Hikari's voice thundered across the field.
"You're all here… to stop me from seeing Boruto?!" Her Mangekyō Sharingan flared to life. "Then you all deserve to die!"
Orochimaru sighed. "Sigh… this girl's temper is as volatile as ever. She could've just asked to enter the village."
In an instant, glowing red seals appeared on Hashirama, Madara, Itachi, and Shisui—the Eight Thousand Spears mark. Their Chakra began to pour into Hikari like an unstoppable tide.
"My Chakra… it's being drained?" Hashirama muttered, glancing at the glowing mark on his hand.
"Her Mangekyō ability…" Madara said, narrowing his eyes. "I've read about this once. The Eight Thousand Spears—its absorption rivals the Infinite Tsukuyomi."
"The Infinite Tsukuyomi feeds Chakra to the God Tree," Hashirama said. "But can her body handle absorbing so much at once?"
Tobirama quickly warned, "Big Brother! Cast a sealing jutsu on yourself! Her ocular jutsu doesn't absorb the Chakra into her body—it wraps it around her. That's how she avoids overloading!"
"Oh, I see!" Hashirama said, impressed. "So that's how it works. Truly remarkable…"
By now, Hikari had absorbed portions of Chakra from all of them—Hashirama, Madara, Itachi, Shisui—and her power erupted.
The air vibrated around her. Blue lightning crackled so thick it was almost solid.
"Such… overwhelming Chakra," Hikari whispered, staring at her glowing hands. "I can feel it… all of it."
It was the first time she had ever felt such incredible energy.
Her gaze hardened. "They're strong. But I have to see Boruto—no matter the cost!"
Without hesitation, Hikari poured the absorbed Chakra into her Mangekyō, summoning a towering, complete Susanoo.
A dark red, winged Susanoo—over a hundred meters tall—unfolded before them, gripping a massive scythe that shimmered with lightning.
The ground trembled. The air cracked. Everyone froze.
Naruto arrived at that exact moment, his eyes going wide.
"What the hell…" he whispered. "Whose Susanoo… is that?"
