Madara looked down at Tobirama, who was pinned firmly to the ground.
A black receiver suddenly appeared in Madara's hand.
With a swift flick, the rod shot forward like lightning, piercing straight through Tobirama's forehead.
"To be honest, I've wanted to do this for a long time," Madara said in a low voice. "You were the one who killed Izuna!"
Tobirama's lips parted as if to speak, but Madara didn't give him the chance.
With another flick, a second black rod flew through the air — this one piercing Tobirama's mouth and silencing him instantly.
"Dead men shouldn't talk," Madara muttered coldly. "And that ridiculous song you sang earlier — what the hell was that supposed to be?"
He flicked his wrist again.
Another black rod shot out, impaling the opposite side of Tobirama's forehead.
"Damn," Boruto muttered under his breath, tilting his head. "Now it's symmetrical."
Madara exhaled deeply, as if releasing all the rage and frustration that had been building in his chest.
Then he turned his gaze to Boruto — his eyes sharp as blades.
"Let's begin… our final dance."
"Hashirama, are you okay?" Boruto called out.
Hashirama rushed to Tobirama's side, his hands glowing with chakra.
Using Wood Release, he gently extracted the black rods one by one from Tobirama's body.
"That damn naturally evil Uchiha Madara… and that naturally evil blond brat!"
When Hashirama pulled the final rod from Tobirama's mouth, his fury finally exploded.
He glared at both Madara and Boruto, his voice shaking with anger.
"Shut up, Uchiha Tobirama. You go dance too," Boruto said casually.
He waved his hand, and Tobirama's body suddenly jerked upright — moving against its will.
Within seconds, Tobirama began dancing awkwardly under Boruto's control.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The sound of thunderous impacts filled the air.
The battle had begun inside the Six Red Yang Formation, and its roars echoed like a storm across the sky.
"Limbo: Border Jail!"
Madara's Rinnegan glowed ominously.
Shadowy figures — his Limbo clones — appeared and launched themselves straight at Boruto.
But Boruto merely flicked his wrist.
A shockwave of raw power erupted, sending all the Limbo clones flying like kites cut loose in the wind.
"So you can see my Limbo clones…" Madara said, narrowing his eyes. "Impressive."
"Make your move, then," Madara shouted, voice full of fire. "Show me your full power! Let me dance until my heart burns out!"
"Alright," Boruto said calmly. "Then I'll make sure you enjoy it."
He raised his hands.
Behind him, the Truth-Seeking Balls shattered into thousands of shimmering fragments — each transforming into a weapon glowing with brilliant silver light.
At the same time, countless golden Adamantine Sealing Chains materialized out of the air, their sharp tips radiating divine energy.
The entire sky blazed with intertwining gold and silver — a magnificent storm of chakra that lit up the heavens.
"Those are Adamantine Sealing Chains!" Minato, standing outside the barrier, stared up in awe.
But as he watched carefully, his expression changed.
"No… these are different from Kushina's. They're not being formed from within the body. They exist on their own."
Inside the formation, Madara raised his head and laughed wildly.
"So this is how it should be! Hahahahaha!"
His fighting spirit blazed like fire. The sight of such overwhelming power only made him more alive.
Then, a hand landed on his shoulder.
"Hashirama?" Madara turned, surprised. "What are you doing here?"
Hashirama met his gaze, his expression solemn but calm.
"Madara… let me fight alongside you one last time — as a comrade."
Madara froze, then let out a small, complicated laugh.
"Hashirama… it seems today truly is a special day."
No more words were needed.
Their eyes met, and the unspoken bond they once shared — forged through countless battles — flared to life once more.
For that moment, they weren't enemies.
They were the boys who once dreamed of peace.
"Wood Release: Wood Golem Jutsu!"
Hashirama clapped his hands together, and the ground began to quake.
From the earth, a colossal wooden warrior rose, its body towering and filled with raw power.
"Susanoo!" Madara roared in response.
A deep blue aura engulfed him, and a massive skeletal figure took form — quickly growing into his Complete Body Susanoo.
The ground trembled beneath its weight.
Now, Madara's Susanoo and Hashirama's Wood Person stood side by side — two titans, shoulder to shoulder.
"Is that Uchiha Madara's Susanoo?" Sasuke murmured in awe. "I'm still nowhere near that level."
"That's the First Hokage's Wood Release… way beyond Yamato-sensei's," Naruto said quietly.
"Hashirama!" Madara shouted.
"Madara!" Hashirama answered.
Their cries echoed in unison as the sky itself responded.
The golden chains and silver weapons roared downward like divine torrents, crashing toward the two legends.
The Six Red Yang Formation shook violently, light bursting through every inch of the barrier.
The sheer pressure cracked the ground below.
Susanoo's giant blade shimmered, brimming with chakra.
Madara swung it down, unleashing massive slashes that clashed with the falling weapons, scattering sparks and shockwaves with every strike.
Beside him, the Wood Person roared and counterattacked — its enormous fists crashing into the golden chains, breaking them apart with thunderous blows.
The battlefield became chaos incarnate.
Blinding flashes of chakra illuminated the entire world as explosions tore through the air.
But even with their combined might, the two could not hold out forever.
Bit by bit, their defenses crumbled.
Cracks spread across Susanoo's armor.
The Wood Person's massive arms splintered and broke.
Under the relentless rain of Boruto's silver and gold storm, even gods began to fall.
Finally, Madara dropped to one knee.
His Susanoo shattered into fragments of blue light.
He looked up at the moon, his vision fading, his breath shallow.
A single strike from Boruto's Tenseigan Orb had pierced his chest — his life force slipping away.
Hashirama knelt beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Hashirama…" Madara whispered weakly. "You and I… we were always the same. Chasing dreams we could never reach."
"We can only do so much in a lifetime," Hashirama replied softly. "After that, we entrust the rest to those who come after us."
Madara smiled faintly. "Yes… my dream is already broken. But yours… yours still continues."
"It doesn't matter that we didn't finish it," Hashirama said. "We've done enough. The future will take care of the rest."
He smiled warmly. "Now that we're both gone… let's share a drink as comrades."
"Mm…" Madara's eyelids lowered slowly, his faint smile still lingering.
And with that —
Uchiha Madara, the man who once stood above all shinobi, breathed his last.
