Chapter 18 - Global Expansion and International Threats

After ensuring Arjun Verma's condition was stable, Mukul glanced at him and said, "Arjun, I need to speak to you alone." Arjun gave a subtle nod. Almost immediately, all doctors and nurses quietly exited the room, leaving only Rohit, Priya, Mrs Devika, and Sanya behind.

Mukul's gaze turned serious as he addressed Arjun. "You've been cursed by a northern witcher," he said slowly. "This isn't something an ordinary person could do. And it couldn't have been done without help from someone close to you." He paused, letting the words sink in. "I strongly suggest you investigate your family members, your trusted servants — anyone who might have access to your private life."

Arjun's expression shifted to one of concern. "I understand," he said, nodding. Then he looked at Rohit. "Rohit, start investigating everyone. Every family member, every servant. I want answers as soon as possible."

Turning back to Mukul, Arjun continued sincerely, "I owe my life to you. If there's ever anything you need in the future, the Verma family and everything we have is at your disposal."

Mukul's lips curved into a confident smile. He glanced at Sanya, squeezing her hand gently. "Thank you for trusting me," he said softly to her. Then he turned to the Verma family, bowing slightly. "I'll leave now. Don't worry — I've handled everything that needed my attention here."

With that, he left the room. He dropped Sanya off at her home, giving her a reassuring smile. "I have some work to finish," he told her. "I'll be back before dinner." Sanya nodded, a mixture of pride and worry in her eyes.

Mukul returned to his garage, the familiar smell of leather and fuel filling the space. He walked to his Ducati Panigale V4, its red body gleaming under the garage lights. He mounted the bike effortlessly, feeling the thrill of speed and freedom surge through him. The city streets of Aurora City blurred as he accelerated, heading toward the logistics company.

The Aurora Logistics Company was already humming with activity when he arrived. Mukul's presence was enough to make every staff member focus instantly. He entered the control room, sat in his chair, and began issuing commands to The Eternal Dominion Guild and Eternal Dominion Enterprises. His objective was clear: expand globally while maintaining security and discretion, all without touching his family's existing businesses.

"Activate international monitoring," Mukul instructed. Screens lit up with maps, trade routes, financial transactions, and intelligence feeds. Every branch of the guild had already been programmed for expansion, but now he was taking direct control.

He began with his home country, extending the guild's influence to key cities outside Aurora City. Safe zones, resource depots, and strategic networks were being established simultaneously. Mukul's team handled logistics, security, and intelligence, all operating under his strict instructions.

Next, he expanded into neighbouring countries. Using his knowledge from his past life and current cultivation-enhanced analytical abilities, he identified regions vulnerable to corruption, threats, or instability, where the guild could step in subtly. Using aliases and shell companies, Mukul ensured that none of the operations attracted attention.

During the expansion, Mukul encountered international threats: corporate spies, rogue hackers, and even mercenary groups attempting to infiltrate guild operations. Each time, Mukul acted decisively, coordinating defences, neutralising threats with precision, and ensuring the guild's secrecy remained intact. His cultivation skills enhanced his reflexes, perception, and decision-making, allowing him to anticipate enemy moves before they could act.

While managing the global network, Mukul maintained constant communication with his inner circle. Key guild commanders reported every situation, every threat, and every opportunity. Mukul's strategy was simple yet brilliant: protect his empire, protect his family, and expand without leaving traces of his personal involvement.

Hours passed like minutes. Mukul's fingers flew across keyboards, issuing commands, analysing intelligence, and coordinating global expansions. By nightfall, the guild had successfully established secret bases, financial flows, and safe houses across multiple continents. Each branch could operate independently yet remained connected to Mukul's command centre, allowing him to react instantly to any international threat.

Finally, Mukul slowed his work and leaned back in his chair, observing the network he had created. The Eternal Dominion Guild was no longer just a powerful entity in Aurora City — it was now a global force. Through careful planning, technical expertise, and his cultivation-enhanced intelligence, Mukul had ensured the guild's reach, efficiency, and secrecy.

He paused, thinking of Sanya, Shreya, and his family. The expansion wasn't just about power — it was about creating a safe world for those he loved. Every mission, every strategic move, and every calculated decision served that purpose.

Satisfied with the progress, Mukul finally turned off the monitors and left the logistics company. Mounting his Ducati Panigale once again, he sped through Aurora City streets toward home, the cool night air brushing past him. Tonight, he had expanded his empire, protected his family, and ensured that the Eternal Dominion Guild could face any challenge the world might throw at it.

As he parked outside the Desai mansion, Mukul smiled to himself. The world was vast, threats were endless, but with strategy, cultivation, and unwavering determination, he could protect everything he loved — and no one, not even the most dangerous enemies, could stop him.
