Jayjay's POV
This weekend was supposed to be fun — a relaxing, carefree time after all the competitions and celebrations.
But now, it had turned into something else entirely.
A scary, confusing weekend full of mysteries.
Why is all this happening right after our celebration? I thought, frowning.
My phone rang suddenly. I glanced at the screen: Angelo.
Quickly, I picked up and moved to a corner of the living room, still keeping an eye on everyone else.
"Jasper Jean Mariano Fernandez!" Angelo screamed into the phone. I yelped, jerking the phone away from my ear.
"Come home right now! You have a lot to explain to me! If what I've heard is true, you better have a good explanation!"
"Ow…" I muttered, holding the phone, wincing from the loud shout. The room had gone silent — everyone's eyes were on me now.
"Okay… I'll be there," I said softly, trying to stay calm.
Kiefer, standing behind me, leaned closer. "What's wrong?"
"Angelo called," I replied. "He sounds… furious. He wants to meet all of us — me, Kiefer, Yuri, David… everyone involved."
Kiefer nodded. "Don't worry. He might be angry, but we've got this. I'm right here."
He then turned to the group. "We're heading to Jayjay's house. Now."
The car ride was tense. No one spoke — the air was thick with anticipation.
When we reached my house, I opened the door slowly.
Standing in the middle of the living room was Angelo, his face sharp with anger.
Aries sat quietly on the couch, while Percy, my mom, and Aunt Gemma were nearby, all looking serious.
Angelo's eyes fixed on me immediately. His voice, low and intense, cut through the silence.
"Do you have anything to say to me?"
