(KRYSTAL'S POV)
His lips are still on mine. My heart jackhammers against my ribs, a frantic rhythm against the solid beat of his. The cold tile seeps into my skin, a stark contrast to the heat from his body pressed against me.
In that moment, it feels like time doesn't just slow down. It fucking stops.
And then, to my surprise, he kisses me. On purpose.
His eyes flutter shut and his palm cups my jaw, his thumb stroking my cheek. His teeth scrape my bottom lip, a gentle, maddening nip before he takes it into his mouth, sucking on it, devouring me. The smoky taste of his cigarette on his tongue floods my mouth as he pushes past my lips. His other hand tangles in my hair, lifting my head up so he can deepen the kiss even more. The kiss is hot, wet, and so fucking hungry it steals what little breath I have left.
"Get off. Push him away. Now!" My mind screams at me, but my body says a completely different thing.
