(KRYSTAL'S POV)
My eyes widen and my hands fly straight to my mouth as I gasp.
"Rafa!"
Before I can even move, Angelo lunges forward and grabs Raffaele, dragging him back with both arms wrapped around his chest.
"Are you out of your fucking mind?" Angelo shouts, straining as Rafa tries to jerk free. "Calm the fuck down!"
Raffaele's chest is rising and falling hard. He looks like he's seconds away from exploding again but Angelo keeps a tight hold on him, refusing to let him go.
Michele moves just as fast, stepping in front of Valentino like a shield.
Val slowly wipes his mouth with the back of his hand, then stares down at the blood smeared across his skin for a few seconds.
When he finally lifts his head and looks at Raffaele, there's a murderous look in his eyes.
He lets out a bitter, broken laugh that doesn't sound human at all.
"Well," he says, his voice rough, "I'm glad you finally stopped pretending."
Angelo's grip tightens around Raffaele.
