(KRYSTAL'S POV)
The moment we step away from the cars, everything starts moving.
Soldiers pass us by one after the other, lifting suitcases from the trunks and carrying them up the steps into the mansion. Voices murmur in low tones. Doors open and shut. There's this quiet, organized chaos happening all around us, like everyone already knows exactly what they're supposed to do without needing to be told.
Salvatore and Valentino don't wait. They start walking toward the entrance.
Raffaele, Angelo, and I follow behind them.
The three of us climb the wide staircase leading up to the porch, and I swear my brain short-circuits for a second.
The porch alone is so huge that it could be the size of a small apartment.
As I glance around the space, taking in the polished marble floors, the columns, the sheer size of it; a thought slips into my head.
