The law of karma, returning the seed which had been sowed as plant, cause and effect, the treachery of humanity came back to bite them but, the time which they were given humanity had not been spent idly, they built weapons, designed specifically to hunt ghouls, one of such invention is the ghoul nucleus gun, a plasma gun, designed to shoot the energy stored in the ghoul nucleus as plasma bullets, with this weaponry humanity were prepared for the war, what they failed to account for, was the soldiers they left behind as sacrifice, would be the ones spear heading the war,
With their knowledge of both human technology, and that of the ghouls, they proved to be a devastating bunch in the war, they could predict the tactics humans would make, cooking up solutions to defend against it, putting humanity in a pinch,
But with every tribulation comes the birth of heroes, they shine through the darkest hours of humanity, burning so brightly like stars, that they could be seen from even the darkest reaches of the earth, they represent the hope and dreams of humanity, an escape from the other wise bleak reality,
The peril of humanity gave birth to seven brave souls, warrior Blaze, warrior Gale, warrior Tera, warrior Frost, warrior Blade, warrior Shadow, and warrior Lumen, who would later come to be known as the ancestor of the seven great houses.
While fight with the ghouls was going on, so many warriors died not from the blade, claws and fang of the enemy, but from burning their own vitality, they researched way to reduce the vitality spent but, the solution to the problem remained elusive, and many brave warrior died, my ancestor who at the time was a recruit at the time, was assigned to the rear, with six other new recruit with them, they were the top of their class, being in the top of their class meant they were the only ones allowed to participate in the war,
"yo Gale, you think we would be allowed to fight at front line soon" asked a youth fiery red hair, and piercings.
"they better, cuz all dis sitting around making me rusty" Gale a youth with green hair, with his uniform tied around his waist with, a thin yet, oddly muscular physique.
"you've always been rusty, sitting around won't make it any worst, in fact it is good for you at least then you have an excuse" Frost a youth with a handsome and cold face, a long earing hanging down from his ear, with his uniform, worn neatly, with sharp edge along the lines of his uniform, that gave the impression it could cut, chipped from the side with the mockery plain for all to see.
"oh! yeah wanna have a go" Gale asked stretching his arms and leg, warming up for a fight.
"I would take you on the offer, giving you the beating, you asking for" Frost replied, with a feigned look of politeness on his face.
"then come get some would ya" Gale said provocatively, stepping in front of Frost face.
"fight! fight! fight!" by the side Blaze, cheering waiting to see a fight.
"okay guys stop it" came a voice, Tera the only female from the group of seven, stepping in between Frost and Gale.
"and you cut it off" she said, turning her face in Blaze direction.
"oh! com on! I thought I was gonna watch a good show, you had to just ruin it didn't you" he said with a pout, looking at Tera.
Turning her head to a youth sitting on one of the crate, with blue eyes, black hair, polishing the sword at his lap, she asked.
"you couldn't even be bothered to stop them could you"
"...."
At the question the youth didn't reply, lifting his head he stead at her with his piercing blue eye, before bowing his head, going back to polishing his sword.
When they all settled a lazy whisper suddenly came, disrupting the peace, causing them to all look around,
"~it would be nice if they never call us to the front lines, then I could sleep all I want sigh~"
Looking around, they saw a figure getting off a pile of crate,
lazily stretching, the youth saw six pair of eyes staring at him, he became self conscious and asked them in his whisper like voice.
"~what~"
The others stared at him for a while, before busting into laughter, but their laughter was cut short whirling of alert, and the flashing red light.
"shit! do you think maybe its technical issues" asked Shadow in a panicked voice.
"yeah right, may be its someone's birthday party" Gale answered in a mocking voice.
"and the red light are just display lights" Shadow concluded in a slightly delusional voice.
"no you idi...."
Gale couldn't even finish what he was about to say before a commanding voice cut in.
[ALL UNITS REPORT TO YOUR COMMANDING OFFICER IMEDIATELY THIS IS NOT A DRILL]
[ALL NON COMBAT UNIT, RETURN TO BASE, THIS SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT IMEDIATELY]

" guys y'all think we should head back to the base, or" Blaze asked, scratching his head.
" you kidding right!, of cause the frontlines!" Gale exclaimed excitedly, practically screaming.
" we should probably head back to the base guys~" Shadow spoke in his whisper like voice.
" grow some back bone Shadow, but he is right you know we should probably head to base" Tera imputed, looking at Blade, she spoke.
"isn't that right captain"
"..."
Without answering the captain, Blade picked up his sword walking out of the room, heading in the direction of the equipment room.
Blaze, and Gale seeing their captain chased after him excitedly, Shadow despodent, muttering cusses all the way, still followed after them.
"come on guys" complaining behind them, Tera still followed after them, before she left the room she turned to Frost,
"ain't you coming"
Shrugging his shoulder, Frost followed behind her.

The silhouette of the equipment room came into focus, running ahead of the others were, Blaze, and Gale, entering into the equipment room, Gale and Blaze quickly headed into the direction of the SGB suit, but their enthusiasm was quickly doused with cold water, all they saw, were the training suit greatly disappointing them.
" cheer up guys, you couldn't possibly be expecting there would still be battle synthetic beast suit left do you" Tera coming from behind them spoke, reaching out to the training suit, she spoke.
"besides this is as good as the battle suit, depending on who is using it"
Blade who had been silent through out, finally spoke.
"suit up team, we're going ghoul hunting"
"got it captain"
