Throughout the whole day, I avoided him. I spent the day in my room or on the beach. We only had dinner together where we didn't talk, just ate in silence.
On next morning, when I was swimming, I saw
him standing on the terrace talking to someone on the phone. Even from the distance, I could read his body language.
His spine was rigid. His hand was clenched. He had a dangerous expression on his face.
Something had happened.
I continued swimming but watched him. He paced back and forth, probably cursing and shouting, Then the call ended.
He stood there for a moment, then turned and went inside. I showered, and went inside the villa after approximately half an hour.
Two minutes later, the villa's intercom rang. I answered.
"Serafina. My office. Now."
Lorenzo was on the phone again when I entered his office, he gestured me to wait.
"Get the helicopter here in two hours." He said. "I don't care about weather reports. I want that helicopter ready for departure in two hours."
