They say that when a person does they end up in a place called the nothingness. Where they are judged and sent to either heaven or hell. Huai Hai,the legendary adventurer and the first SSS rank.
Was sent to such a place after his death.A place of nothing but darkness. Huai Hai felt as if he was floating. The darkness somehow made him feel at peace. And all his worries faded away.
The nothingness is a place that makes people lose their desire for living. Making them unable to return or reincarnate. Huai Hai would have been the same,but a blue light snapped him out of it.
A single scale glowed brightly in the dark.
Even if Huai Hai had nothing left to live for,he still needed to have vengeance for Long Fei.
He closed his eyes and tried to focus on his life.
The short but sweet moments he had shared with Long Fei, the person he thought of as dad. Then a voice suddenly came.

Huai Hai opened his eyes and looked around,but couldn't see anything apart from the blue light and darkness. Then it came again. This time followed by a clock ticking.

As it turns out the bright light earlier was barely anything,only making him unable to see. But this?,it was real pain. Huai Hai felt as if his head was forcefully being ripped open,very slowly.
He felt unbearable pain and held in the urge to scream. Information suddenly flooded his mind like waves. When he opened his eyes. He was laying in a hospital bed.And it was apparently the year 2025.
Ten thousand years after his death.
Mr. Yukio Toshi walked through the hospital with an angry expression. He was a man in his middle age, wearing classes and had a stern expression on his face. Behind him followed a cute girl with short hair.
Wearing a fluffy pink bunny hoodie. Mr.Yukio Toshi pushed the door to Huai Hai's hospital room open with enough force to break it. He saw Huai Hai on all fours, smelling some roses.
Huai Hai who had just received lots of information,wanted to get to know more. Having never seen a vase before and couldn't help his curiousity and crawled over to sniff it(since it seems that his legs are broken.)
When the door the was flung open and stern looking man with a girl walked him.
"Yuki!.What are you doing on the floor?!. Get up and stop disgracing me!"
Mr. Toshi said, obviously angry. Huai Hai blincked and just stared at the man thinking
"Doesn't he know his legs are broken? and who is he calling Yuki?" After a minute,Huai Hai spoke up
"I'm sorry but I don't know this Yuki. I'm Hua Hai and who might you be sir?"
Hua Hai asked, trying to sound as polite as possible. The girl next to the man Mayu Toshi,laughed and said
"And who do you think you're trying to fool here Snow Alert?. Huai Hai the first ever SSS rank adventurer died a thousand years ago!".
Huai Hai didn't even get the time to respond before the voice came again
