Chapter 1162 - Chapter 823: The Mysterious Unspeakable (3)

"It shouldn't be..." Chris thought for a moment, shook his head and said, "If it were You-Know-Who, he would either recruit or threaten the Dragon Tamers of the Hesidiri Islands to bring the Fire Dragons to join the Death Eaters, thus strengthening his power, just like he did with the Giants.

"In fact, Newt had already investigated part of the reason. According to him, the Black Dragon sensed the sudden surge of Magic Power nearby, which is why it started to become irritable..."

"Strange..." Kael murmured to himself, "Why would there be a Magic Power reaction in the Hesidiri Islands."

Black Dragons are different from other Fire Dragons; they are extremely sensitive to Magic Power. As long as a wizard uses a magic, even the simplest Lighting Spell, they would see it as provocation.

Thus, these Fire Dragons can only be cared for by dedicated Dragon Tamers on the Hesidiri Islands for generations, and for the safety of wizards, magic is generally forbidden there.

Kael couldn't comprehend who would be so reckless as to run to such a place to die, after all, the Magic Power reaction was too intense, like releasing a large-scale magic, which could result in being hunted by dozens of Black Dragons.

That's dozens of Fire Dragons, and the Black Dragons are the most resistant to magic. Even if Dumbledore encountered them, he would have to run for his life.

"Are you sure it's okay?" Kael asked worriedly, "Do you want me to go with you."

"No need." Chris waved his hand, "Newt has already gone ahead, as well as Mr. Lima. Do you remember him? You met him at the Romanian Fire Dragon Reserve."

"The Monster Book of Monsters?"

"That's right, that's his work," Chris said, "So you won't be of much help if you go."

The elevator arrived at the main hall, and the two walked out.

Chris glanced around, "No... I can't recognize who that person was back then; maybe if you try a few more times, you can catch their attention."

"Okay." Kael nodded.

Then Chris hurriedly left.

Kael, following his advice, took the elevator again to the ninth floor.

It was still the same as before, with bare walls, no doors, and no windowsills.

Kael arrived at the end of the corridor, where there should have been a black door, but now it was gone, leaving only a bare wall.

No wonder Chris said no one could get in, without a door, you certainly couldn't.

Kael fumbled around for a while but found nothing and no one approached him.

With no other options, Kael rode the elevator back to the main hall, walked a circle around and returned again.

He repeated this five times, and finally, on the sixth arrival at the ninth floor, there was a person there.

A person in a black hood, perfectly blending into the surroundings, scared Kael when he first saw them because he hadn't noticed how they appeared there.

"Are you... an Unspeakable?" Kael asked softly, carefully observing the person.

He had a thought that perhaps this person was Dumbledore in disguise, after all, the identity of an Unspeakable would allow him to hide perfectly, unseen by anyone.

But Kael was a bit disappointed when he realized, by the figure, that this person was likely a witch and couldn't be Dumbledore...

Facing Kael's inquiry, the person didn't speak, just nodded.

"That's great." Kael said happily, "You should know me, right? We've met once before at Grimmauld Place."

The person nodded again, but this time she finally spoke, "You've been here five times, is there something you need?"

As Kael suspected, the voice from the hood was that of a witch, very hoarse, whether naturally so or deliberately disguised.

However, Kael didn't mind these details; he stared blankly at her, "You knew I came five times?"

"I know everyone who comes to the ninth floor." She shifted left, her black robe blending seamlessly into the wall like water.

"Then why didn't you come out then?" Kael couldn't help but say, "You made me run back and forth six times."

"If you had asked if anyone was there, you wouldn't have needed to run so many times," she said, "I thought you were exercising."

"Who's exercising by riding an elevator..." Kael muttered softly.

He was now more certain that this person wasn't Dumbledore... Dumbledore wasn't this playful.
