James also left this morning, heading to another kingdom since he's also a crown prince. At first, he had a weird expression on his face and rejected it, but after hearing about Duncan's intention, he became interested and agreed. Ethan said there's a prophecy about my boy, Alexander, being a tough king. They didn't need to tell me; I already knew how stubborn he would be when he grew up.
"Ahhh…" I gasped when I felt a hand on my waist, pulling me to him. "Ethan…" I sighed and looked at him. He was wearing plain royal attire and rested his jaw on my shoulder, hugging me tight. "We are now alone," he chuckled. "Thank you for choosing me, my queen."
I blushed. I really love the way he always addresses me as his queen. "Why won't I choose you, even if you stole me from your brother?" I chuckled.
