Chapter 107 - Chapter 107 Alexia's Growth

Beatrice, after a day of rest, felt her body had recovered well.

She ran out and bought a large bag of burgers from Mitsugoshi Company.

She really liked the burgers from Mitsugoshi Company.

They tasted delicious and made her feel energetic.

Sino was planning a trip to Mitsugoshi Company and happened to brush past Beatrice.

"Wait a moment?"

"Is there something you need?" Sino asked.

"Have we met somewhere before?"

"At the Martial Heart Festival! I saw the five of you fighting Shadow from the audience!"

"Is that so?"

"Do you need anything else?" Sino asked.

At this moment, Sino was considering whether to take her in as well. A War God! If he took her in, he might feel a sense of accomplishment.

"Have you seen anyone who looks a lot like me?"

"I have!"

"You haven't seen her? Then I..."

Beatrice suddenly froze.

She had been searching for her sister's child for a long time, and for so long, the answer she received was always that no one had seen her. But today, it seemed she had heard a different answer.

"You really have seen her? Where? Is she alright?"

Beatrice asked eagerly.

"She bears some resemblance to you, but she has golden hair!"

"It's her, it's really her! I've finally found her!"

"Don't rush, come with me!"

Sino led Beatrice to a secluded house in the Royal Capital.

It was a courtyard house.

This was Sino's private residence.

He usually played poker with Alexia here. The soundproofing was good, it was secluded, and with few people around, it wasn't easily discovered.

"Have a seat first! I need to find something!"

Sino rummaged through his junk box and pulled out a thick photo album.

He found a photo of Alpha in the album.

There were many other photos in the album.

Cameras, once the principle was understood, weren't difficult to make. A long time ago, Eta had made a camera under Sino's guidance.

The album contained the growth records of the Seven Shadows.

After Sino met them, photos of them at each age were stored in this thick album.

It contained many daily moments of Sino and the Seven Shadows: cooking together, shopping together, sparring in martial arts.

Sino took out Alpha's photo separately.

This was a photo of Alpha walking through the Royal Capital in casual clothes.

It was just an ordinary photo among Alpha's pictures.

Beatrice took the photo.

"This is her! This is her! Please, you must tell me where she is!"

"She doesn't want to see you! Give up!" Sino said.

"Why?!"

"Because she wants to get revenge on her enemies, but she doesn't want to involve you!"

"My current strength is very strong!"

"Strong? Weren't you in a sorry state yesterday!" Sino said.

"If you want to see her, you must prove your strength to me!"

"Milia!"

"Master, I'm here!"

Milia appeared silently behind Beatrice.

"When did you appear?!"

Beatrice hadn't felt when Milia appeared at all.

"I've been here the whole time!"

"'Been here the whole time' means?"

"Since you first met Master!"

"Master? Is he your Master?" Beatrice asked, somewhat incredulously.

"Of course!"

"But you're clearly very strong!"

"Strong? Then you must be too weak!" Milia said.

"You can see Alpha, but you have to prove you're strong enough!" Sino said.

Beatrice's hand reached for her sword.

Originally, Sino had wanted Beatrice to defeat Milia, but since she was already about to act.

Then there was no need for Milia to make a move.

The moment she gripped her sword, she suddenly lost her balance.

Sino pressed her to the ground.

"See! You're too weak!"

"I..."

Beatrice was speechless at this moment. She had always been confident in her strength, but at this very moment, the strength she was so proud of was ridiculously weak.

She hadn't even had time to react before Sino pinned her to the ground.

"Because you're too weak, you can't see Alpha!"

"Alright, you can go!"

Sino waved his hand.

Beatrice clearly didn't want to leave just yet.

"Why are you so strong?"

"That's a secret!"

Beatrice had finally found a clue and didn't want to return empty-handed.

"Can I become your disciple?"

"Let me think about it!"

Sino scanned Beatrice's body. She was wearing very little, clearly to facilitate movement.

"It's not impossible! But I have a condition!"

"What condition?!"

"I like pretty girls..."

"You mean you want me to help you kidnap them? I won't do something like that!" Beatrice said without hesitation.

"Pretty girls refers to you!"

"Me?"

"It's a deal!" Beatrice said without hesitation.

Although Beatrice had never experienced such things, she was not like Alice; she didn't care much about such matters.

Her attire alone showed that she wasn't a conservative person.

Of course, she wasn't interested in men.

But it wasn't to the point of aversion.

Simply not interested.

For her, this condition was entirely to her advantage.

Her strength had stagnated for a long time.

Now, becoming stronger was what she wanted to achieve most.

Beatrice began to work hard to become stronger... After Alexia was discharged from the hospital, she sat alone in the palace courtyard.

She quietly watched two birds on a tree.

It was clear the two birds were a couple; they had their nest and were doing what a married couple should do.

At this moment, a snake was slowly approaching the two birds.

The snake suddenly attacked, biting one bird, while the other bird flew away without hesitation.

It didn't even look back at the other bird.

"Is escaping the correct choice?"

Alexia stood up.

There was no one else nearby.

After that incident, her father had not cared for her. He hadn't paid her any attention.

He was like a completely different person from when he used to be so concerned about her.

"Does one only matter if they have value?"

Alexia understood.

She gathered magic in her legs and quickly left the palace.

The other people in the palace had no idea that Princess Alexia had left the palace.

Inside Sino's secret residence courtyard.

Alexia arrived at the room door.

There were some other sounds inside, but she didn't care.

She was about to push the door open, but Milia stopped her.

"Are you deaf?"

"It's not like I haven't seen it before!" Alexia said with a pout.

"It seems you need another lesson!"

Alexia didn't argue with Milia.

She sat down on a chair in the courtyard by herself.

"Milia, why do you think Master didn't heal my arm?"

"You are too conceited. You still confront opponents you can't beat, and you don't have a clear judgment of your own strength!"

"And you're a bit fearless of death!"

"Fearlessness isn't a bad thing, but you shouldn't die meaninglessly!"

"Knowing you can't win and still going forward, that's suicide, not bravery!"

"Just like a moment ago, I said you needed a lesson, and you didn't talk back! You also knew that if you talked back, you'd get beaten!"

"Similarly, facing an enemy you can't beat, you still went ahead, and that would lead to death!"

"Master is still too kind. If it were me, I would have beaten you long ago! Disobedient maids should be beaten! Beaten until you obey!"

"Thank you for telling me so much!" Alexia replied.

"I don't like you, but Master has some feelings for you. What Master loves, I love! But you really are a bit ungrateful!"

"You don't like me, but I feel like I quite like you! How about we play poker with Master next time?"

Alexia blinked her eyes and said.
