Chapter 74 - Chapter 73: Wanda’s Loss

"Red Queen, later on, infiltrate S.H.I.E.L.D. and leak their confidential files. Don't do it all at once — one batch every two days."

No. 18's face glowed with mischief, a playful smirk curling at her lips.

"It's all about having fun, right? They love playing mysterious all the time — let's see how they like being toyed with for once."

The Red Queen chuckled. She'd always been a little chaotic at heart — and she wasn't the type to care if the whole world drowned in the aftermath.

[You got it, Lali. I like your style.]

Her sweet, mischievous voice echoed like a giggling little devil.

Wanda couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy. No. 18 could do so much for Leo — subtle but effective — while she herself felt utterly powerless.

She sat quietly on the couch, eyes distant and voice low, lost in her own thoughts.

No. 18 noticed immediately.

She walked over and sat beside her, gently taking Wanda's hand. "Wanda, what's wrong?"

"Nothing," Wanda murmured, shaking her head.

"Nothing? Come on, that worried look says otherwise. You're feeling useless again, huh?"

No. 18 tapped Wanda's forehead, teasing her with a small smile.

"Yes," Wanda sighed. "You can help him. I can't do anything at all. Don't you think I'm useless?"

"Hehe, who said that? Didn't you make him call out so loudly the other night that he nearly lost control? Doesn't he give your sister millions of bullets every day?"

"Get lost, you!" Wanda's face turned bright red. "You dare talk nonsense like that? Aren't you just as useless yourself?"

Her embarrassment made even Jean Grey, who was quietly watching from the side, blush furiously.

No. 18's laughter broke the tension, and soon Wanda's gloomy expression softened.

"Hehe."

No. 18 grinned and continued, "Don't overthink it. Didn't Master say so himself? You just haven't awakened yet. Once you do, you'll be the strongest woman in the entire universe."

"Tsk, you actually believe that?" Wanda said, pretending to be unimpressed.

"Of course! Everything Master says is true."

Wanda smiled softly. "You're beyond saving, Lali."

No. 18 turned to Jean Grey, who was absorbed in cartoons nearby.

"Jean, this big sister of yours could awaken any time. Didn't Master say that you're also one of the strongest women in the universe?"

Jean nodded quickly, eyes shining. "Yes! Big Brother said I'll awaken the Phoenix Force, and Big Sister Wanda will awaken mutated Chaos Magic!"

Wanda chuckled and ruffled Jean's hair gently. "Alright, alright, I believe you."

Seeing Wanda's mood improve, No. 18 suggested, "Let's go shopping! Jean needs new clothes — she's still wearing her old ones. And her toys are almost gone too."

Wanda agreed immediately, and the three of them hopped into an Audi from Tony Stark's garage — because why not?

A few minutes later, Tony, watching from his security feed, nearly exploded.

"F***! They really are Leo's women — every one of them's learned how to rob me blind!"

He raised his middle finger toward the departing car, muttering curses under his breath.

Fifth Avenue, New York — the paradise of the rich.

Here, you could taste the finest cuisine, buy the latest luxury fashion, and admire masterpieces of art — as long as you had enough money, you were basically God.

When Wanda, No. 18, and Jean Grey appeared on the street, heads turned instantly.

Two stunning women walking hand-in-hand with a little girl — their presence alone demanded attention.

"Wow, they're gorgeous! That blonde woman's aura is unreal."

"I prefer the redhead — she looks more refined."

"Quit talking and go say hi then."

"Are you insane? That blonde one looks like she owns half of Manhattan. I like living, thanks."

"+1."

"+10000."

The crowd buzzed with admiration but no one dared approach.

Meanwhile, women whispered enviously about their designer clothes, jewelry, and handbags. Every single accessory looked like it cost a small fortune — things they could never afford even after a decade of work.

Under countless stares, the trio entered a luxury clothing boutique.

"Jean, pick whatever you like. Don't hold back," Wanda said, sounding every bit the rich big sister.

Jean hesitated, glancing at the price tags with wide eyes.

"Big Sister Wanda, these are too expensive…" she whispered.

Before Wanda could answer, a snide voice came from behind them.

"If you can't afford it, don't come in. Those designer clothes you're wearing — are they fakes?"

SLAP!

The woman flew backward before she could even finish her sentence — struck by an invisible force.

No. 18 stood there, her gaze cold and regal. "You look fine, but your eyes are clearly broken. I suggest you get them checked."

Gasps filled the room. Everyone turned to stare at the scene — the aura radiating from No. 18 was overwhelming.

The store manager rushed in, panic in her eyes. After a quick check with her staff, she immediately apologized.

"I'm so sorry, madam! We'll report this incident to headquarters right away. As an apology, please accept a 20% discount on all your purchases today."

Her voice trembled — she didn't dare offend women who looked like they could buy out the entire street.

No. 18 waved her hand dismissively. "We don't care about the money. Just get rid of that woman. People like her ruin your reputation."

"Yes, yes, absolutely! You're right!" the manager said quickly, bowing repeatedly.

Then she noticed the jewelry on No. 18 and Wanda — pieces worth millions. Her knees almost gave out on the spot.

To offend them would be suicide.
