Leinster raised an eyebrow and held one end of the chain with his right hand before slowly standing up from the floor.
The elevator monster, free from the piercing light, slowly regained its senses and it quickly crawled closer to Leinster, its red tongue carpet wriggling in the air.

The red carpet suddenly whipped down and shot straight at Leinster's head!

The survivors subconsciously screamed, but Leinster immediately swung the chain in his grip and lashed it at the incoming red tongue.

The chain tore through the air with a dull sound and amidst the survivors' intense stare, the chains...actually stretched.
They grew in numbers, becoming longer, just like magic!

The long chain moved like a snake and instantly coiled around the red tongue carpet.
The moment the chain touched the red tongue carpet, a thick barb popped out of each chain, stabbing the red tongue and baring holes in it.
