Giggles and laughter dancing in the wind while cloaked by freedom that led us together, questions were tied to my soul however those were forgotten by the joint smiles of us belonging to the doors we've not yet to enter and cross.
"Hey! where are you going Mimosa!"
We ran through the streets uninterrupted; He held his hands to mine wherever he thought was beautiful.
"We'll go there!"
"That mountain?"
"Uh-huh!"
"But we don't even know if it's safe there!"
"No buts!"
Then in the mountain a strange looking creature eyeing the two of with wondering eyes. It had feathers of orange and white that covered its body, the long head of likened ostrich whose neck is adorned by golden clamoring jewels. Winds black with a crowned bell on top of its head. It said that this creature loves children and guide them through forests where trees watch and listen.
'Finally, we have waited long!'
A tree exclaimed.
One by one offsprings of seedling appeared from the trees with eyes that mesmerize those who see it in deep areas of the forest.
"Chuu!"
"chu-chu-!"
'Even the seedlings of the forest are joyous,'
Then on the dim side of a tree where the eye of one float, it had floating ornaments along with it.
"Of course they are! It's been so long a robin has ventured from our home to this one."
The gold adorned bird quacked.
'Let's welcome the robin with open arms!' said by the gold adorned bird.
Soon flocks of birds soar to the sky, the butterflies guised by mysterious figures. We ran inside the forest; he huffed whilst I didn't.
"Just why did you bring me here?"
"I wanted to try something!"
'What's happening?' He thought.
The tunes of earth lit the ground be filled in dim lights of glows that came beneath it and soared the winds upward. The winds guide the spirits of earth to one direction: Enuen.
Earth lifted defying gravity formed in water wave shape underneath the feet of Enuen, flowers were created by the wave of his hand. Everything was in sync, everything followed his desires, the quintessential of harmony.
"Follow me! It's going to be fun!"
It lifted me up, the soil that I once thought only a matter that existed now having an almost sentience of feeling to it. It surprised me. We rose by the earth's power, and we turned upside down, I couldn't believe it my feet didn't let go off of it as if it had roots tied to the earth.
"Are you ready?"
"Huh?"
"We're about to find out what's inside the earth! it's going to be fun!"
'The earth? why would be there be something in the earth?'
I thought that bones and dirt were in the earth or perhaps it's where the gems where scavengers of the earth take and take everything that is valued by mortals. It launched to the ground and somehow the fastening and passing earth we through was strage.
'I can breathe inside the earth?'
Dazed by the feeling I thought.
'humph perhaps we will just see bones of dinosaurs-'
I was wrong.
The wind breathing to my skin, the reality. Everything was wrong because I was narrow minded.
"Is that? a pterodactyl?"
It was like the horizon changed, the sky seemed endless and along with this familiarity of nostalgia in the embrace of nature, everything opened a new door for me. With closed eyes became the most widened of all things unseen now seen.
It flew the endless sky; other dinosaur soars the ground with their feet. Howls covered and echoed throughout.
"Woah so pretty! are you seeing this?!"
"I-I Am! This is amazing!"
It was like another world just revealed for me.
"It's the memory of the earth!"
My mouth gaped as we ride with the waving earth. The pterodactyl's that flew grabbed us like it wanted us to. He laughed, Enuen did. He was like freedom incarnated and I loved that it erased the chains bound to me once upon a time. I looked to those of the pterodactyl, it was okay, those eyes said.
We flew on the backs as we hopped on them. The winds guided, the winds flapped and our voices resonated. The blue sky wasn't as beautiful as this before. I was just not given the chance.
"Again, this is amazing!"
"Right?!"
That laughter, that smile. I wondered will I be able to smile that constantly.
'How dare you make me smile.'
For the first time in forever I witnessed the magic and happiness of life.
Then they let us fall to the river, again I was able to breathe into it. He changed my world again and again. All these series fun, I couldn't help but ask for more.
We sank deeply and was able to walk unto it.
"I-I can walk on water?"
"Earthy!"
The earth again formed a wave with stairs to walk on. We both stepped on and held hands. It moved slowly; we saw the horizons filled by different fruit trees, they were unrecognizable to the eye, we saw lizardmen picking them.
"Oh my, are those from the surface?"
Fear crawled to me, but Enuen was the opposite.
"Hello!" Enuen exclaimed cheerfully.
"It said hello!" They waved their hands.
"Do you know them?" I tilted my head.
"Nope" I flinched.
"What?!"
He sat down beside me. "Do we really need to?" I shook my head.
"I guess not."
Shouldn't you be wary of strangers? people are not supposed to be trusted lightly, that I know. But why this person another stranger I met today who's easily teased, who's hunger can be sated by simpler terms of sandwiches when you can taste something better in life. The way he rode the skies as if it were his, it's as if his heart had wings. I am jealous. He was like miracle itself; he is something that goes beyond the storm. The peace after the storm, he is like that.
"Hey, my name is Caleb."
"huh?"
I pouted.
"Don't think you didn't hear me."
He giggled and reached his right hand. "Well nice to meet you, Caleb."
