Five hundred years ago, the impossible happened in the once-peaceful Magyia. Evil monsters called Vinka appeared. No one truly knows who created them, though legend says it was the dark mage Gargamel. According to the tale, Gargamel is only a black figure in a long hooded mage's robe. He is said to have created the Vinka to bring chaos to the world. The government of that time, the Inquisition, collapsed and was destroyed—but they themselves were not truly the good guys either. Gargamel wasn't satisfied, so he also created the Dark Tales who follow him. The wickedest and strongest among them was the Werewolf—the Big… Bad… Wolf. But how does the story begin? First, we read the tale.
The girl's name is Bella, and she is seven years old. Her parents live near her grandmother. When her mother wanted to send baked goods to Grandma, Bella agreed, though her mother warned her about a wicked beast called the Werewolf. Bella set out for her grandmother's house. Animals loved Bella. Grandma should have been at home. On the way, she met the wicked werewolf.
Werewolf: "Hey, Bella, what tasty things are you bringing your grandma?"
he asked with a smile, and Bella answered.
Bella: "Cake, drinks, and sweets."
Werewolf: "Oh, I see… Does she live nearby?"
Bella: "Yes… at the end of the forest."
Werewolf: "Ah… all right then. Have fun."
Bella: "Thank you, dear werewolf… you're not bad after all, like people say…"
Werewolf: "Hehe… how nice of you. (Foolish girl.)"
When he left, she continued on, not knowing the werewolf knew a shortcut to the house. He went there and knocked.
Grandma: "Oh… who is it?"
She opened the door. Right then, he grabbed her shoulders and bit off her head.
(Splutch!)
Werewolf: "(Gulp) Hehehe… Delicious…"
He went in and put on her clothes—after eating poor Grandma, of course. Bella arrived.
(Knock, knock)
Bella: "Hello, Granny… It's me, your granddaughter. I brought you food."
Werewolf: "Come in, little one… It's open."
She opened the door.
Werewolf: "Bella, my dear… I'm sorry… I'm tired, so I'm lying in bed."
Bella: "Oh… Grandmother, why do you have such long ears?"
Werewolf: "So I can hear you better."
Bella: "Why such big eyes?"
Werewolf: "So I can see you better."
Bella: "And why do you have such a big mouth?"
Werewolf: "So I can eat you!"
The wolf lunged; she screamed.
Bella: "Aaaaaaaargh!"
The wolf pinned her to the floor.
Bella: "What did you do to Grandma?"
The wolf grinned and opened his mouth. Inside was a piece of Grandma's face.
Werewolf: "Don't worry… you're next."
Unlike Grandma, he didn't chew—he swallowed her whole like a ball.
(Gulp!)
Werewolf: "Ahhh…"
He lay down on the bed. Bella was inside his stomach. While the wolf slept, a hunter appeared. When he was about to shoot the wolf, the animals warned him.
John the Hunter: "You're telling me his stomach is this big because he swallowed Bella?"
He took a knife and cut the wolf's belly, then filled the beast with stones after rescuing Bella, who was traumatized. The hunter took Bella home and told her mother everything. The mother was devastated.
(Three years later)
Bella's mother died, one month after her father. Bella was left alone—no family, no food. Wandering through the forest at night, desperate, she found a well. It was deep. She decided to end her life and threw herself in—but she did not die. And she was not alone. Who was there? The wicked werewolf.
Bella: "You're the wolf."
The werewolf said nothing, and Bella noticed he didn't seem well.
Bella: "Are you hungry…? If you want, you can eat me."
Werewolf: "Leave me alone."
Bella: "You've been here for three years… and you won't come out… poor thing."
Werewolf: "That's not it… I'm staying here on purpose."
Bella: "Why?"
Werewolf: "Hmm."
Bella looked at him; he said nothing. She approached and stroked his head.
Bella: "You must have been lonely."
Werewolf: "Get lost. Why are you even nice to me? I killed your grandmother—almost killed you."
Bella: "That might be true… but I still feel sorry for you. Hey… how about… we live together from now on?"
Werewolf: "With you…?"
Bella: "Yes… we can even have children."
Werewolf: "Idiot. I'm a wolf."
Bella: "So what?"
Werewolf: "Humans and animals can't have relationships…"
Bella: "Really? Well, I love you."
Werewolf: "Huh?"
Bella: "Also, you can talk. Why?"
Werewolf: "Because I was human… I was cursed by a witch three hundred years ago…"
Bella: "Oh… you poor thing. Wicked witch. But when I finally ate a human, I gained this form. Your grandma was my first victim."
Bella sat beside him.
Bella: "I understand…"
Werewolf: "And?"
Bella: "Hmm?"
Werewolf: "Aren't you angry… that I killed your grandmother?"
Bella: "Did you want to? Or were you hungry because of the curse?"
Werewolf: "Because of the curse, of course…"
Bella: "Then I don't hate you. I told you—I love you."
Werewolf: "Huh?"
She cupped his cheek and kissed him on the cheek. Suddenly, he screamed; his body changed, and he turned… human.
Bella: "Huh?"
Werewolf: "Ugh… what…?"
He looked at himself.
Werewolf: "I… I'm human again… No… wait, I only have a human form now. The curse is still there."
Bella: "Hehe."
Werewolf: "You're the reason… The curse only breaks with a kiss from a girl who loves you… That… means… you really do love me?"
Bella: "I said I did."
Werewolf: "Ugh?"
Bella: "So, what's your real name?"
Werewolf: "Hans…"
Bella: "All right, Hans… how about we… both… do what we want?"
Hans: "…Sounds good…"
(Four years later)
(Burning)
(Aaargh)
(Splutch!)
Bella: "Hahahahaha… hahahaha… Die… die…"
(Help!)
(Splutch!)
Hans: "Cry somewhere else!"
The entire village was wiped out.
Bella: "Hehe… we did it."
Hans: "Mhm."
Bella: "Hey… look… over there… a house… the perfect place… for a lovely night."
She held his cheeks while he hugged her from behind.
Bella: "Well then…"
(A few minutes later)
They lay side by side, naked under the blanket.
Bella: "Hehe…"
He clung to her in his sleep; she kissed his forehead.
Bella: "Hehe…"
But anyone who thinks the two had a happy ending is wrong.
(A few months later)
(Bang!)
(Thud!)
Hans: "No… no… Bella… Bella… hahh… why… why…"
The Hunters' Guild took Bella down that day. She lay dead—or so it seemed. She wasn't truly gone yet.
"Poor thing…"
Hans: "Who's there?"
A dark figure—nothing but shadow—white eyes, a wicked grin, two horns.
Hans: "Who are you?!"
"I am Gargamel… a dark… that is, an evil mage…"
Hans: "Huh…"
His grin widened.
Gargamel: "Do you… want revenge? For your wife? You're badly wounded… you'll die, too…"
Hans: "I know that…"
Gargamel: "But… there is a way… for you to take revenge on humanity… my dear werewolf."
Hans: "Huh?"
He held out his hand, that wide grin, those glowing white eyes, his body made of darkness—disturbing to behold.
Gargamel: "Let me help you… Trust me…"
He took out a book and wrote upon it.
Gargamel: "Hmm?"
Hans: "What are you doing?"
Gargamel: "Little Red Riding Hood… and the Big Bad Wolf. A Dark Tale. With it, your son can take revenge… You want to know how…?"
(Grin)
Gargamel: "Hehe… simple. You two… will die… and I will turn you… into Dark Tales… and thus… you will take revenge… by becoming wicked stories, and anyone who contracts with you… will use your powers… to avenge themselves… But be warned… you will remain forever inside this book… though you'll be together."
Hans: "All right."
Gargamel: "Good…"
He raised his hands and spoke words.
Gargamel: "Darkness… devour their bodies… and turn these two vengeful lovers into a Dark Tale. I, Gargamel… command and summon you… become the Dark Tale… Grimm: Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf."
She screamed, and Bella became a terrifying spirit.
Bella: "Gaaaaaaargh… aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh…!"
Gargamel: "Hehehehehe…"
Hans: "Ugh."
She became a wicked spirit.
Gargamel: "And thus… you and Bella… can keep taking revenge."
And so it was… and over the years, with each new bearer, the same fate. Now Diego holds this book… Will he end the same way? Or will he become… the first peaceful werewolf?
(Present day)
Diego: "(Snore!)…"
Nacht: "(Sweats)… I can't sleep."
Kisa: "Hahh… haaahh… haaa… hhhh…"
Nacht: "Seriously… she can sleep through his loud snoring."
(Fart!)
Nacht: "Ugh…"
That was Kisa, by the way.
Nacht: "…Huh…"
Kisa: "Hehehe…"
Nacht: "What is she dreaming about, I wonder?"
(Kisa's dream)
Kisa: "Hehehe… sweets and fruit everywhere… this is the best… hehehehe…"
(End of dream)
Nacht: "Hahh…"
He drifted off… and he dreamed as well.
Nacht: "Hmm…"
Kisa: "Hey… Nacht…"
Nacht: "Yes?"
Kisa: "Are you a virgin?"
Nacht: "Ugh…"
Kisa: "If you want… we Could Became Family…"
She lay besides him
Nacht: "Ugh… Kisa."
Kisa: "Then you Have .....…a great night"
She leaned in.
Nacht: "Ugh…"
Kisa: "Hehehe…"
(Achoo!)
He woke from the dream.
Nacht: "Ugh…"
Diego: "Hahh… (snore)"
Nacht: "You bastard… it was so close!"
He dreamed again… but not the way he wanted…
Kisa: "Diego…"
Nacht: "What!"
Diego: "Kisa…"
Nacht: "No… you mustn't…"
Kisa: "Diego."
Diego: "…your Great… you're really Nice…"
Kisa: "…and I'm yours."
Diego: "Let's have fifty kids."
Kisa: "…Yes… I think one hundred…."
(bruuh!)
Nacht: "Nooooooooooooooooooooo stop!"
Let's just say the guy had a really, really awful night—and by that I mean the night itself, not his name. Now go on and dream something nice… nothing naughty… please.
Kisa: "Achoo!"
