[Max's POV]
As I opened my eyes after completing the Awakening process, I felt different… powerful.
I felt like I could break my previous self like a twig.
I checked all the notifications from the Tower's system and was dumbfounded. I blinked and checked again to make sure, but those notifications were still there, shining brightly before my eyes.
---
[Talent – Fusion (Rank – EX)]
[Innate Ability – 50× Multiplier]
Then there were Bloodline and Physique, showing only question marks. The reason for that—
[The Tower's scanning capabilities are insufficient to detect the Rank of Bloodline and Physique.]
---
I became stunned for a second. Something beyond the Tower's capabilities.
I had always read in books that nothing was beyond the Tower and heard people say the same… but this was real, right in front of me.
The Tower couldn't identify both my Bloodline and Physique.
Where did I even get something like this from?
Then I remembered the incident my useless father told my mother about—an Oracle.
Was it related to that? I didn't know. But I didn't feel any danger; instead, I felt more in control.
Still, I shoved that thought aside for now. I couldn't do anything about it anyway.
Then I moved to check something else—something barely known by me: Traits.
---
[Traits : Infinite Mind; Infinite Stamina; Infinite Mana]
My jaw literally dropped to the floor.
All my thoughts stopped as I looked at those Traits.
I stayed mentally and physically silent for ten seconds, then the things finally connected in my mind.
My reason for eidetic memory and unparalleled comprehension—Infinite Mind.
Infinite Stamina was most likely granted during my training or due to my weak body.
And the third one… Infinite Mana.
This was a total game-changer.
I had memories of overpowered characters in fiction, and now I was going to live like that.
---
I took a deep breath and calmed myself, focusing on the first important thing—Talent.
As I focused, details appeared instantly on the blue screen.
---
[Talent – Fusion (Rank – EX)]
[Fusion – The Ability to fuse anything you wish]
Effects:
1. Fuse two things to create something new {skills, talents, weapons, artifacts, etc.}.
Results will be random and based on chance and luck (at E Rank).
2. Locked
3. Locked
4. Locked
*Further effects will be unlocked as the Player's power level increases]
---
I read it once, then again and again to make sure I was right. Then I immediately focused on my Innate Ability.
---
[Innate Ability – 50× Multiplier]
[Effect: Able to multiply anything and everything at the will of the Player.]
---
Once again, I was dumbfounded.
The ability to multiply and then fuse… wasn't that just broken?
And I hadn't even explored my Traits yet.
Shaking my head in disbelief, I focused again. The descriptions shimmered onto the screen.
---
[Traits : Infinite Mind; Infinite Stamina; Infinite Mana]
[Infinite Mind:] The brain capacity of the Player is infinite. The Player has eidetic memory and comprehension of all languages in existence. Thinking speed and any type of calculation can be done instantly.
The more the Player uses this Trait, the more benefits will be revealed.
All knowledge of existence is inside the Player's brain (requires passing a test to gain access).
[Infinite Stamina:] The Player's stamina is infinite. The Player never gets tired, no matter how taxing the action is. The body and mind remain in peak condition at all times.
[Infinite Mana:] There is no limit to the Mana the Player can use, regardless of Rank or power level.
---
The last description was simple but probably the most powerful.
Every Trait was incredible, but the one that intrigued me most was Infinite Mind.
I hadn't unlocked its full potential yet, but if I did… I would never need books or libraries again.
I couldn't help but laugh hysterically for a few seconds before calming down.
---
After gathering all possible information about my Talent, Innate Ability, and Traits, I was left with Bloodline and Physique—still unknown. Maybe I'd find a way to uncover them on higher floors.
So, after much anticipation, I uttered the legendary word:
"Status."
The blue screen materialized before me with my profile.

---
I glanced at the profile and smiled.
Seeing such stats, I felt assured—I was truly on the path to being overpowered.
From what I'd learned, ranking up in the Tower required pushing four out of six basic stats to the next rank and learning two skills of that rank.
I already had three stats that didn't need attention.
I just had to raise one more, and ranking up would be easy.
---
But when my eyes reached Affinity, I froze.
"What… how? Didn't they say I had no Affinity? Then what's this?"
I focused on the line for details.
---
[Affinity – All Affinities (Primordial)]
[The Player possesses the Affinity for all existing elements in existence at the highest possible rank.]
---
Simple, but ridiculously powerful.
Did they really miss this, or did someone deliberately hide it to isolate me?
Either way—no worries. I'd deal with that later… if I felt like it.
I had no skills, obviously. My life before wasn't bad, but I wasn't rich enough to buy even a basic skill.
I'd have to earn them from the Tower—through dungeons, labyrinths, or treasure chests.
Still, something else confused me.
I had very little knowledge about Spells and Arts.
"Well," I muttered, "I'll have to ask about Spells and Arts later."
Just then, the screen blinked and displayed new information.
---
[Spells:] Spells are magical formulas or incantations you create yourself based on your Affinity or understanding of elements, or a combination of both. Unique or powerful creations may earn Myth Coins—or in some cases, Myth Points—from the Tower.
[Arts:] Arts are techniques created by the Player—swordsmanship, movement skills, or any other form of combat technique. Rewards are similar to those for Spells.
[Note:] They are generally non-transferable but can be shared with others at the expense of Myth Points.
---
"I was told the Tower's system isn't interactive and only responds in special cases," I said, surprised.
---
[During entry, a Player may ask reasonable questions and receive essential information. As Players climb the Tower, they can purchase information with Myth Coins or Points.
The amount and quality of information depend on the Player's Grade.
Grades range from 0 to 7 and can be increased by spending Myth Points.]
---
"Yeah… I was wondering what that Grade was all about," I muttered.
"Myth Points and Myth Coins—the Tower's currency. If I want to dominate, I'll need both in massive quantities."
Then I grinned.
"But with a 50× Multiplier… whatever I get, I can make fifty times more."
I chuckled softly.
"I just hope it works on everything, like the description says."
---
For a moment, I pondered.
Should I use my Ability and Talent on my equipment and weapons before entering the 1st Floor?
Before I could think further, the blue screen flickered once more.
---
[Player has completed the Awakening phase. Ready for Class selection.]
---
"Wait, there's more? Aren't I already overpowered!?"
