[Although it is not completely accurate since Son Goku is not near the host where I can check his accurate power level but according to the history where I come from he should be around 400.]

He thought that Goku should have been equal if not only slightly weaker than the upcoming threats so when he found out that Goku was far from defeating the upcoming threat he wanted to throw the Hero Brace to the ground.
He mistakenly thought that the reason why Goku was this weak was because of the existence of the hero brace.

Capture wanted criminals across the world. For every criminal captured the user will gain +20 Power level. Capped at +200. The mission will last until the next weekly mission refresh time or the user gets the maximum capacity of +200 power level as a reward.
