…And then Liohime Kitagami's house for the entirety of the rest of the week was an absolute hellhole for him.
After apologizing and successfully completing the refund with the client, the young man who wore his latex military-esque hat probably thought that there was not going to be much of a change in his life when he decided to keep the magical beast-girl by his side.
In his mind, he was going to be 'not-so-broke' and still enjoying a mere 'average life'.
So, was it?

He was now a 'not-so-broke' fatigued guy who was living a shitty life with no rest.
Here's as example of what happened during most days of the week:
Morning.
Shihon, as usual, was someone with terrible sleeping habits.
She would not let go of her 'partner' and squeeze him tightly to the point where Liohime's muscles were sore, his body was numb, and he had thought that some of his bones had broken.
Huh, not so bad. That would be one way that I'd like to go out.
On Wednesday, she had accidentally wet the bed, so that was a first.
Nevermind.
On Thursday, Liohime had woken up at midnight (he wasn't really fully asleep anyway), and was met with aesthetically glowing vines protruding out her body and engulfing the entire room. So yeah, apparently she sometimes uses her Magical Beast powers while asleep without knowing.
Let's not even talk about Friday's incident with her changing into her beast form during a so-called 'nightmare' that she had, resulting in the bead almost breaking instantly.
Breakfast.
The beast-girl knows how to eat and handle utensils like any normal human would, but eats kind of sloppily.
"Are you a little kid!?" scolded her owner. "At least have some manners!"
"You eat too slow, Master! Hurry up so that we can cuddle together!" was the unserious reply.
Also, she hates vegetables for some reason, despite her abilities being clearly nature-based. Huh.
"Open wide, Shihon. You gotta take broccoli today."
"....I'd rather end it all."
Christ.
"S-Such a harsh reply…" was the confused reply from Liohime.
Lunchtime.
Shihon always makes a fuss about wanting to go and explore unsupervised, despite Liohime's worry about her identity as a beast-girl being exposed and drawing unnecessary attention.
"No fair, Master!!" she wailed. Y-You're saying…that I can't even go outside!?"
"I'm not saying that! I'm just saying that I need to buy the proper attire for you to go out. Something that could cover you up well and hide your horns would suffice. Even with you deciding to only go out in your beast form, we gotta make sure that your abilities are under control...but…I'm tired and kinda busy right now-"
"Uwahhhh!! But I wanna go out on a date with you!"
"I-Is this what that's about!?"
Nighttime.
She sticks close to Liohime no matter what, asking him a lot of questions and sometimes stealing his phone to use and play with it. The latter usually just leaves her alone with it but on Friday, he was taking a quick nap on the opposite end of the couch in the living room when…
"Hey, Master."
"...Huh?"
He lifted his hand off of his face and glanced at her, revealing the dark circles under his eyes.
"Woah, you look worn out."
"I wonder why…"
"Anyway, who is this blocked contact on your phone?"
Liohime flinched ever so slightly, but the beast-girl was quick to notice.
"Hah, it could be anyone, or it must be that girl that you were talking to at the door when we first met.
"...Hey."
Catching onto his wavering eyes and his suddenly stern expression, she grinned.
"I wonder what would happen if I-"
Unblocked her and sent her a message, she wanted to say, but she couldn't.
Not when Liohime had practically leaped onto her to grab the phone away.
And suddenly, the sudden outburst between those two had begun.
"EEEEK!!"
"GIVE THAT TO ME!!"
"NO WAY! NO WAY!"
"I SAID HAND IT OVER!!"
"TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED WITH HER, MASTER-"
"IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!"
"IT IS! I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ALL MY POTENTIAL RIVALS!!"
"W-WHAT?"
She's probably blocked for a good reason, Shihon. I think that your deluded position is safe.
Anyway, it was a good thing that Liohime's close neighbors were out for the night, or else they would have easily heard the loud struggles.
Oh, I haven't mentioned the 'movie night' stunt that Shihon tried to pull yet, have I?
On Friday, she actually left Liohime alone while she slept next to him…
Ah…this feels nice, he thought as he began to drift to a peaceful sleep for the first time in days.
After one hour, though, he quickly broke out of a deep sleep.
Hey, this is a bit too peaceful.
And low and behold, as he shifted his body to the left side in order to take a peek at Shihon sleeping, he found…
She's not here.
Like a light switch then instantly switched on, he got out of bed and dashed to the living room with his heart racing-
She was sitting on the couch in the living room, with her arm deep in a container full of candy as she stared intently at the television screen.
At first, Liohime was about to scold her, but decided not to, as it would mean that it allowed a rare opportunity for him to sleep with peace and quiet.
Then again, he had no idea what could happen if Shihon was not under his supervision.
Would she stray outside? Would she do something that could cause a disaster in the house while he was asleep? Would she cause trouble for the neighbors close to him at a time like this?
Taking a bet that she would stay close to him and stay in the living room due to her unnatural fixation of him, he turned around, but then stepped on a candy wrapper that caused just the tiniest bit of noise-
-That alerted the woman behind him, with her sharp ears rotating almost halfway in a flash, followed by her turning around and catching his frozen body that had refused to move in time.
The only thing that Liohime could think of at that moment was…
You gotta be fucking kidding me.
"Om….haw….Masshter!!"
It was obvious that her mouth was completely full with candy as she spoke.
Resigning to his fate, he turned around and braced for impact.
And surely enough, that impact came in no less than a second as her body collided into his in a not-so-soft embrace.
"Wonna wassh a moovy wif me!? Come, come!!!"
Unfortunately, the tired Liohime was dragged onto the couch and held tightly by Shihon as they both watched a two hour long movie and slept peacefully (not Liohime, in case you were praying for him to get some rest) until the sun came up.
What a tiresome week he had, and something had to be done, fast.
