Chapter -05 -
Unveiling The Truth ( Night and the Legend)
It felt unreal ,the cold night. She walks to her dorm, thinking to ask about the dream To Hana[as she had a different idea of dream, unlike others].( She just informed her about the dream being magical, but not in detail).
She reaches her Dorm door ,unlocks it , gets inside. The room was dark until she switches on the light. She noticed a note in her study table written-
"Aara( nickname) , I am going to my parents home for an emergency for two days. This is my phone number- ….,Call me later once you're free. I am available any time… bye"
She sighs ,locking the door from inside, plays her favourite playlist, goes to fresh up
Later, she opens her window, cold breeze hit her. She goes to her bed… Thinking about it all again. She notices that her anklets glow gold again. She watches every carve of her anklets being all Ancient
Aaradhya-is it better to avoid and forget as he said, but something makes me to be involved in this….
She shifts her gaze towards the window ,where curtains move with the help of the wind outside. She senses, a shadow crossing her window, her heart pounding. She moves to take her blades. She hears a familiar voice…
Hyun-woo - it's not good to keep your windows wide open
She felt relieved. He stepped inside her room. His face calm as ever ,she could see the softness in his eyes ….
Aaradhya (raises her eyebrows) -And it's not good to enter a girl's room from a window either….
Hyun-woo - you want me to get a permission from the security to visit a girl late at night? …..Anyways , I didn't want to have a chit-chat with you. I just wanted to ensure that the shadows didn't follow you all the way here.
Aaradhya-soo.. you do care about my safety… All after telling me to forget everything…?
Hyun-woo - (ignores her )steps closer to her, avoiding her gaze, takes a small pouch from his pocket ( containing-HERBS),applies them in her hand
Aaradhya-Soo… You do noticed My cuts?
Hyun-woo - (ignores her again )
Aaradhya( gets irritated) [Finally BURSTS] - you avoid all my questions. Ask me to forget everything and still make a visit in the name of "SECURITY"… You never express what you feel… Even if I wanted to shout, I kept it quiet, thinking you would change your way of talking with me… But it's not going to happen it seems… Right?
She moves her hand from his grip, roughly, making her to hiss in pain
Hyun -woo ( guilt in his eyes, but doesn't show) - finally meets her gaze
Aaradhya-I felt something with the glow of golden light within me, but still you would deny telling me that "It should not have answered to me " , as if I am a devil or something.
Hyun-woo - because the light belongs to someone else that I quite don't remember….( tells softly with patience)
Aaradhya- ENOUGH OF YOUR WORDS HYUN-WOO .
(Her eyes shining ,faintly-glowing gold)
Hyun-woo - looking at her eyes, makes him to remember something
(words in his mind) -
"Don't forget the promise Hwang , together, we will"
(He hears her voice in his mind )
Aaradhya-Can you leave now?
Hyun-woo - (without saying anything jumps out of the window and vanishes)
Aaradhya-looks towards the window - closes , after sometime goes to sleep
(She gets a flash of the dream again, a man dancing with his swords-glowing gold with faint Blue)
She wakes up,calls Hana
(In call )
Hana- hello
Aaradhya-Hana, this is Aaradhya. You're free ? Sorry to call you this late…..
Hana-yeah, I am free. No worries. Tell me what's the problem ? trouble sleeping as you're calling this late?
Aaradhya-well Kinda… The dream… (Tells every part of the dreams, Describing the character and his dance moves in detail)
Hana-Aara….Your descriptions of the dreams you had ,are more of a person called Hwangchang , he has exceptional sword dance skills, he is a Legend ….don't worry. Everything is good….Mostly dreams would be connected with past or would be a future message. If it's being magical- I'm not sure as I don't know what it's trying to tell you ….But ,I'll help you with it, but for now, don't sacrifice your sleep….You already looked like a panda this morning
Aaradhya (smiles) - Ok Hana , thanks so much….
Hana -No mention,don't think too much… Don't stress over it . Hmmm… Good night then …
Aaradhya-of course, I won't stress over it …. good night Hana .
(Call ends)
Aaradhya looks at her anklets
(Speaks to herself)- Wait-a bead is missing …..might be missed during the fight….
Aaradhya lays down in her bed and drifts to sleep
