Leo took a while to snap out of his shock. After years in the entertainment industry, he had seen his fair share of beautiful women—some who made you want to protect them and others who were breathtakingly captivating. He thought he had seen it all; to him, even the most stunning beauty was just a pretty face. But Ella Grant was unlike any style he had encountered. If he had to label her, Leo could only think of two words: authentic self.

"My sister is truly a natural beauty," leofinally said, and Oliver nodded in agreement.
Mary Johnson beamed like a blossoming flower.
"Isn't that the truth? I've noticed it for a long time. Miss Grant is a rare gem, a beauty that comes once in a millennium. In all my years, I've never been wrong about such things."
"This black lace dress looks like it was tailor-made for Miss Grant!"
"I'll wear this outfit for the family dinner," the wealthy second brother declared confidently.
Mary Johnson nodded eagerly like a chick pecking at grains, her smile growing even brighter. "Great! But this dress was designed and crafted by a designer from France, and it's quite expensive. If you want to wear it, you'll need to reserve it in advance. This dress will belong to Miss Grant."
As she spoke, Mary brought over the POS machine. "That'll be a total of 500,000. Who will be paying?"
Leo Grant immediately chimed in, "Put it on my tab."
Just as Mary was about to respond, Oliver Grant handed over a card.
"Charge it to my card."
Leo wanted to argue further, but he accidentally caught a warning glance from someone, which made him back off. Still, he couldn't help but grumble internally, thinking that Oliver would soon turn into a second version of their father—such a control freak!
Ella Grant mentally noted the amount. She would make sure to pay them back for all of this.
Once the group left, Mary Johnson had the store closed, considering that Lenn Pei was still around.
Upstairs, Lenn Pei looked at the photos taken by his assistant, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"Nate Andrews, this woman seems quite interesting."
Nate had been working with Lenn for a while now, and while he was reasonably sharp, he still couldn't quite grasp Lenn's thoughts.
