The Imperial Fleet slowly and smoothly exited the Warp.
There is no concept of time in the Warp. When the Imperial Fleet returned to the real world and adjusted, they suddenly realized they had been in the Warp for a full six months.
Six months of travel in the Warp cannot be considered short, but it is certainly not long.
However, this period was quite boring for Zeke.
After living in the Terran Dominion for some time, the Imperium of Man offered him nothing in terms of entertainment or recreation.
So, out of boredom, he could only continue to research various technologies, studying the latest technological Catastrophe Artifacts of the Terran Dominion from the perspective of the Emperor.
Frankly speaking, the Warhammer Universe is incredibly vast; just one galaxy is already so immense, one can only imagine the sheer scale of the entire universe.
As such, trying to drain the entire Warp using the Catastrophe Artifacts currently equipped by the Terran Dominion is clearly somewhat difficult.
Therefore, the Terran Dominion must research even more powerful Catastrophe Artifacts to deal with the four Chaos Gods of this universe.
For the Terran Dominion, the armies under chaos are no match.
Even for the Terran Dominion's armies that had not yet arrived, the four Chaos Gods themselves were not insurmountable foes.
But the difficulty lies in how to completely erase their existence without harming this universe, as this is the universe where Zeke lives, and his parents are here.
Currently, the entire Terran Dominion has no way to completely erase the four gods.
Since their birth, they have almost become equivalent to the laws of the universe.
Unless the Terran Dominion wants to destroy this universe, the four Chaos Gods simply cannot be killed.
But destroying this universe is something Zeke would never do; his parents' roots are here, and he cannot destroy this universe.
To find a suitable method, Zeke began researching his own Catastrophe Artifact data, intending to figure out how to reasonably eliminate the four gods.
Eliminating the four gods must not affect the operation of the universe, so as to avoid impacting his parents' lives.
Four Chaos Gods: "Achoo!"—I feel like someone is thinking something very impolite.
Time passed as Zeke conducted his research, but because the Warp has no concept of time, Zeke had no breakthrough even after the Warp journey ended.
Destroying an opponent is easy, but destroying them without affecting the world is truly a delicate task.
If he couldn't figure it out right away, he wouldn't think about it for now. Zeke also turned his gaze and attention to the planet below.
Aside from the two gigantic battle titans for his parents, he also built one for himself.
Star BT003.
Since they had already arrived at Cadia, how could they not have a good fight with chaos on Cadia?
But Abaddon dared to scheme against him, which made Zeke quite displeased. This time, he would retaliate.
While Zeke was still contemplating how to deal with chaos, the fleet commander of the Imperial transport ship had already approached his father, Grisha, and spoke.
"Respected high king, we have successfully arrived in orbit above Cadia. Do you wish to be airdropped into Cadia with your knights for combat?
Once you enter Cadia, the Department of Military Affairs will contact you."
Grisha stood before the observation window on the bridge, gazing at the war-torn planet below—Cadia.
This Imperial fortress world, which was never particularly prosperous, was now being relentlessly assaulted by the tides of chaos.
From orbit, the massive marks of chaos corruption on the surface resembled festering wounds, and the aftershocks of Warp storms formed twisted vortices across the planet's surface.
He turned and looked at the fleet commander, his voice steady and commanding: "Inform the Department of Military Affairs, the Yaeger knight house has arrived at the battlefield and is ready for insertion."
"Yes, high king!" The fleet commander immediately saluted and turned to relay the order.
Grisha's gaze swept over everyone on the bridge, finally resting on the dark blue metal disc at his waist—the storage device for a star-class battle titan.
He gently caressed it, a hint of coldness flashing in his eyes.
"Abaddon..." he murmured, "This time, it's our turn to give you a 'surprise'."
Meanwhile, on another warship, Zeke stood in his private cabin. In the holographic projection before him, the structural diagram of star BT003 slowly rotated.
"BT003, what is your status?" Zeke asked.
The battle titan's AI responded, "All systems operating normally, pilot. Weapon systems calibrated, dark matter shields fully charged, ready for combat at any time."
"Very good."
Although Zeke was akin to a god in the Warp, he rarely used his Warp energy in reality.
After all, if he were to act in reality, it would lead to a large-scale expansion of the Warp, allowing the four Chaos Gods to also act.
If he were to draw out all his energy to fight the four gods alone, it would mean he would have no trump cards left, which would not be ideal.
Zeke might not even win a 1-on-4 fight, unless the Emperor was brought in again to team up against the enemy.
But in a protracted war, he definitely couldn't win; Zeke couldn't endure fighting for 10 or 8 years.
He did not have enough energy.
Because of this, Zeke needed to create a suitable weapon for himself to use in the material universe.
These gigantic battle titans, personally designed and constructed by him, undoubtedly possessed world-destroying combat power.
On the surface of Cadia, the chaos offensive surged like a tide.
In space, the Imperial Fleet was battling the chaos Fleet, while on the ground, chaos daemon continuously poured out of Warp rifts to attack the Imperium's territory.
Millions, tens of millions, even hundreds of millions of daemon surged forth madly, assaulting the Imperium of Man's defenses.
Cadia's local garrison, the Cadian Shock Troops, had been mobilized by the Cadian High Command at the beginning of the battle.
This elite Imperial Guard unit was renowned for its high discipline and tactical prowess, and the Volscani Iron Riders were also deployed on these front lines for combat.
The battle was not smooth; at the outset, the Volscani were corrupted by chaos, leading to a collapse of the defense line, with High Lord Ursarkar Creed subsequently taking charge of coordinating the defense.
They also sent out a distress call to the Imperium for reinforcements, which included the Dark Angels from the space marine Legions, as well as other loyalist Astartes like the Space Wolves.
Mortal auxiliary forces and Inquisition troops were also continuously engaging the chaos forces. House Yaeger was not the first to arrive as reinforcements, and the Imperial Army would not be the last, unless a Warp storm occurred.
However, despite that, it was quite unfortunate that by the time Zeke and his group arrived, they were practically among the last few Imperial reinforcement units.
Currently, Archmagos Erebus of the Word Bearers was preparing to perform a sacrifice, cutting off Cadia's connection to the outside world and triggering a massive Warp storm.
