Mylo wakes up to an unfamiliar vintage crystal chandelier above his head. He immediately pushes himself up and sits upright.
Mylo looks around frantically, wondering how he got here.
The door opens and Alaric walks in with a tray of cauliflower pasta and chicken he prepared himself.
"You are finally awake. I was beginning to get worried," Alaric bristled, so lively and relaxed, "I made you what to eat."
"Alpha…?" Mylo feels so happy to see Alaric, as a fellow survivor of the night but then he remembers the black wolf he saw and shifts away uncomfortably.
Alaric notices this and smiles patiently.
"I can't believe you are afraid of my wolf form."
"That was my first time seeing a real one in real time. Don't blame me. Where is Zeke? I need to see him, I have to go…"
