After speaking, Orochimaru placed his hand on Jiraiya, using the same Fuinjutsu to slowly lift the seals on Jiraiya.
There were two seals that were quite troublesome, but after Orochimaru used an Immortal Technique, he managed to break them all.
Without the seals, Jiraiya felt he could now extract Chakra, but in his current state, it was still hard to do so.

After the battle in Amenominaka, Jiraiya had a Flying Thunder God Mark on him. If he went to Mount Myoboku, then Uchiha Yoichi's clone would follow him there and set a mark at Mount Myoboku.
After explaining, Uchiha Yoichi took out a scroll and tossed it to Shisui, continuing, "I hid it from you to deceive Jiraiya, this is your compensation, Shisui."

Seeing these people, Jiraiya felt troubled. He had only recovered a bit of Chakra, and the Security Team's reinforcements kept coming....

A Hyuga Branch Family Jonin noticed Jiraiya concentrating Chakra in his legs, shouted, and then gathered Chakra in both hands.
