Not long after Sakura left, clutching that last bit of hope, people from Konoha came knocking.
Ninja methods are useless against the baffling powers of Ada and Demon; even Uchiha Sasuke's Rinnegan can't resist them, and Uzumaki Naruto has also fallen to Ada's charm ability, so Konoha and the Five Great Ninja Villages started thinking about methods other than Ninja, and so they came to Uchiha Yoichi.
Even though the fighting with Ada and Demon has stopped for now, the Five Great Ninja Villages still have the intention of wiping the two of them out.
They can charm Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke, and their targets are everyone, regardless of gender; with such a terrifying power, the Five Great Ninja Villages will definitely try every possible way to erase them, especially since Ada and Demon are members of Shell.
Though the two of them claim they don't think much of Shell, they've already fought with the people from the Five Great Ninja Villages, and Jigen isn't dead yet; if he finds these two again and has some contingency that forces Ada and Demon to obey his orders, then the Five Great Ninja Villages will be in danger.
"...So, we want to ask if there's any way to remove what's happening to Naruto and Sasuke. We're counting on you, Mr. Yoichi!"
After Nara Shikamaru finished, he bent at the waist and bowed to Uchiha Yoichi. Although he's always believed in his heart that Uchiha Yoichi definitely has some other agenda, right now the only one who might be able to save Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke is probably him.
The Five Kage have already been temporarily stripped of their authority; the village's affairs are now being handled by other deputies who haven't been charmed by Ada.
There was no choice; they had to do this. Besides Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto barely being able to keep their emotions in check, basically no one else can refuse Ada's requests. Even Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke are hanging on by a thread.... Their Chakra is powerful, but their life level hasn't truly evolved.
"Such a peculiar power? It's practically more overbearing than Otsutsuki Isshiki back then. Sounds no different from an Otsutsuki ability...."
Uchiha Yoichi stroked his chin, pretending to be in a real bind, then only after thinking for a while did he speak: "I'll go meet those two first. No investigation, no right to speak. Uchiha Yoichi smiled at Yamanaka Ino as he spoke. Seeing Ino's anxious reaction, Nara Shikamaru couldn't help sighing inwardly, secretly thinking that Ino and Sai really had broken up.
Most people had more or less sensed it before, but Ino and Sai had never said it outright.
Sai also became Ada's prisoner in the previous battle, but Ino wasn't this anxious then, which left Nara Shikamaru feeling a bit emotional.
After being reassured by Uchiha Yoichi, Ino temporarily chose to believe his words. Then Nara Shikamaru led Uchiha Yoichi toward the place where Ada and Demon were staying, though Yamanaka Ino didn't follow; Ada's charm works on both men and women.
When they arrived in front of a villa, Nara Shikamaru didn't dare go in. He said to Uchiha Yoichi, "The two of them are inside. There are Konoha Ninja guarding the area, but aside from those watching from a distance, the rest are probably all Ada's captives..."
"Then don't they basically become her bodyguards? This ability is seriously busted..."
As expected of an ability extracted from Otsutsuki Shibai's body.... Uchiha Yoichi thought to himself. His Kamui Clones had already combed through Shell's entire base and captured Sanju Amado as well, but they still hadn't found Otsutsuki Shibai's corpse.
It must be in Otsutsuki Isshiki's Pupil Technique space. If Uchiha Yoichi wants to obtain Otsutsuki Shibai's remains, he has to make Otsutsuki Isshiki willingly bring it out; otherwise, that Pupil Technique isn't so easy to inherit.
Otsutsuki Isshiki has already converted his own abilities into a Wedge. Just transferring a single eye probably won't be enough to inherit Otsutsuki Isshiki's powers.
And after killing Otsutsuki Isshiki, his corpse would turn into worthless powder.
"Then I'm going in first."
With that, Uchiha Yoichi walked into the villa.
As he passed a few Konoha Ninja, they glanced at him, then quickly turned their heads away again, their faces filled with infatuation—one look and you could tell their minds were full of Ada.
When he came to the villa's living room, Uchiha Yoichi saw Ada and Demon, and over by the window on the far side stood Uzumaki Naruto.
Uzumaki Naruto can still maintain a large portion of his self-awareness; he should be here to keep Ada and Demon's actions in check.
"Another face I don't recognize. So your last insurance policy is him, huh... how interesting. I just discovered something really fun."
When Ada saw Uchiha Yoichi, a special pattern appeared in her right eye. This is one of her powers, the Thousand-Mile Eye.
Upon using this Pupil Technique, Ada saw some interesting scenes—images not of the present, but of things that happened sometime in the past.
