So I worked pretty hard on getting this right. I wanted to make the power levels feel a bit more realistic, but I will make sure to keep the bullshit power scaling of characters there.
I also only made this power scale based on the rough knowledge I remember from the light novels, based on feats and explanations I remember, so if anything is "wrong", just think of it as part of the AU rather than me being ignorant of it.
But I will iterate that this powerscale isn't everything, characters can be stronger or weaker depending on many factors, such as their combat experience, techniques, equipment, etc.
This scale is also only based on their BASE states, so Issei, for example, would be Low Class for 99% of the DXD because he is only strong when he uses the boosted gear (Not sure about much later in the LNs, but I will think of it like this for now.).
Also, the only reason Earth can take all of this power is purely because of Yggdrasil otherwise it would have become a barren wasteland.

Akasha of The Void - Chapter 2
…
[3rd POV]
After Akasha got over his initial shock and awe seeing the famous world tree, Yggdrassil, it led him to an open area and with a wave of her hand, roots, wood and leaves shot out from the earth and mingled to form a table and two chairs.
She then took a seat and gestured for Akasha to take the seat opposite her.
He did so, and Yggdrassil looked at him with a serious expression.
"What are you, Akasha?"
"What do you mean?"
"Exactly what I said, what are you, are you human, an outer being, or something else? Because you for sure are not from here." Her words made Akasha fall into contemplation.
What is he? A question he asked himself at one point, in that void, he never felt hunger, thirst, physical fatigue or even the need to use the bathroom. His body never aged despite him counting well past 100 years.
So even he doesn't know what he is anymore, but while he knows that it's probably not true, he'd rather think himself a human unless directly proven to be otherwise. He could just be immortal and… some other excuse that he couldn't think of.
With no other choice, he looked to the avatar of Yggdrassil, "I don't know… but I would like to think myself human still."
Yggdrassil's expression softened, "That's alright, until you find out what the answer is, just stick with that. But I must ask, are you related to Adam in any way?"
Akasha was a bit caught off guard by the sudden question. "As in the first human Adam? Not that I know of, why?"
"Because you have a similar feeling to him." She said simply
"Oh…" Akasha didn't know what to think of that, the fact that she just confirmed the biblical religion is either entirely real or just similar to the world's history. Or that she just said he felt similar to Adam.
Yggdrassil and Akasha conversed for a few hours following that revelation, both learning new things, Akasha learning about the world and some drops of history, and Yggdrassil putting together that he must be from a different Universe, or at the very least a parallel world.

Chaos Brigade HQ
"Where's Lady Ophis?" Katerea asked a poor grunt devil.
The poor devil was trembling under the pressure she was forcing on him, "S-she l-l-left to in-investigate… t-t-the c-c-c-crack…" He stuttered out before his eyes rolled back and he collapsed backwards, unable to handle the pressure of a near Satan-Class devil while being only a Middle-Class one.
Katerea didn't care for what she just did, and instead began to wander the halls until she came across someone that made her face scrunch up in disgust, "Why are you here, Shalba? Shouldn't you be busy ass kissing Rizevim?"
The man in question, a handsome, brown haired man in black armour, looked at his colleague and wondered, 'Why is she like this now?'
Though he knew the answer, since she knew the plan to leech power from the Ouroboros dragon Ophis, Katerea started to despise them, and her reason for hating them was that Ophis was too cute to harm. She even looked at everyone who was for the plan like they were trash.
"Haah… A situation came up." He said with a sigh.
Katerea just looked at him with disgust, "Not denying the ass-kissing?"
A vein popped in Shalba's head. If this woman wasn't useful as manpower against Serafall, he would already have killed her (He couldn't). "Childish of you, Katerea. We need to deal with this… anomaly lest they derail our plans."
Katerea snorted, "You're the child here, Shalba, if you think we have any chance against the four fakes. Just Sirzechs alone would require all of us to have a fraction of a chance at not only winning, but not dying in the process." She then smirked when the sound of Shalba gritting his teeth reached her.
"It doesn't matter, we'll take the Ouroboros' power and kill the four fakes." Shalba declared and walked past her, his face contorted in anger and frustration.
Once he had left, Katerea clicked her tongue, "Delusional." But then her expression shifted, "Now, let's go find Lady Ophis." The Leviathan magic circle shimmered beneath her feet before she vanished in a red light, her target, Kuoh.

[1st POV]
Yggdrassil's Personal Realm
'I learned a lot from my talk with Yggdrassil. Still shocking that this is real, but anyway, it turns out this is Earth, just not the Earth I came from. I got Isekai'd after all, just not the usual way.
This world is one of Gods, Devils, Angels, Vampires, Dragons and whatever else from the supernatural roster you can think of. Yggdrassil told me that the town I appeared in was under the jurisdiction of devils.
It is also the reason she had to leave me for a while to talk with some Devils in that town. My sudden appearance in this world caused a commotion globally due to the apparent ominous energy emanating from the crack.
And I don't know what they mean by ominous, as I felt nothing from the crack when it appeared in the void. The void itself didn't feel ominous or anything similar to it, but for now, Yggdrassil has welcomed me in her realm until I get my bearings, and she promised to keep nosy beings away until then.
She truly is the embodiment of positive energy, kind, compassionate and full of life.' I find myself smiling at the thought.
Suddenly, the ground shook, and I would have fallen from the chair if it hadn't been attached to the ground.
I look to the left, the place I instinctively feel is the source of the shaking, and what I see moments later is a towering dragon. Four wings, four limbs, and this weird black and green aura, a literal aura surrounding it.
I then felt the dragon's eyes lock onto me, and rather than shivering or feeling some kind of pressure as I expected, I felt a distinct feeling of wanting to punch it. Why? I had no clue, just felt the urge to.
The dragon came closer, and they flapped their four wings, sending strong winds past me that ruffled my hair and the new clothes Yggdrassil gave me. Once close enough, they lowered their head to look at me. "A human? She let a human into her realm?" A distinct male voice came from the dragon, and I didn't bother questioning how I heard them when their mouth didn't move. The dragon's slit eyes glowed, and that feeling of wanting to punch him grew even more.
"Is that a problem?" I said, trying to hold back the desire to deliver a satisfying punch to the snout in front of me.
No answer came from the dragon, but soon they pulled their head back and looked to Yggrdassil's true form in the distance. I didn't know what he was doing at first, but by the small head movements and their slit eyes shrinking and growing, he might be having some kind of telepathic communication with Yggrdassil.
The dragon then looked at me, "Niðhöggr, otherwise known as the dragon that gnaws at the roots of the world tree, and also one of the 'Evil' Dragons."
…Okay, what do I even say to that? "Akasha Solara, human."
"I know, Ygg told me." Why did they sound smug? Should I just do it? I could fly up there and punch them. No, I can't do that. Yggdrassil welcomed me here, getting into fights with those in her realm, and the damn End Dragon of all of them is plain stupidity.
The dragon then lowered themselves and lay on the ground while looking at me, "Why are you just sitting there? Climb on."
I looked at them questioningly, "You want me to get on your back?"
Niðhöggr nodded subtly and, without waiting a floated onto their back, sitting cross-legged on their back. Niðhöggr then started to flap his four massive wings, and we were now in the sky.
To think I would be a dragon rider, not even a day after returning. But I must say, it is weirdly fun, different from flying myself, but much more enjoyable.
…
[3rd POV]
If one asked whether Rias Gremory would be in awe to be in the same room as Yggdrassil, even if it is just an avatar. She would blast them with destruction for understating her thoughts while she watched her brother converse with this legendary figure.
When she first saw Yggdrassil teleport into the room, she almost lunged at the woman, for every anime and manga she watched and read, Yggdrassil was such a cool character in so many of them, and seeing the way she interacted cemented that as true.
If there was one downside to this situation, it would be her new pawn. Issei Hyoudou, and even more recently, the red dragon emperor. Ever since Yggdrassil got here, Issei was literally drooling over the woman's appearance, muttering "Boobs" Her rook, Koneko, had to deliver a kick to a special place between his legs and drag him out of the room.
For Rias, this was a terrible first impression on Yggdrassil; she didn't want the literal world tree to think she was like Issei. Thankfully, the literal incarnation of life didn't pay attention to it and just continued to talk with her brother about the crack, a topic that still made her shiver when remembering it.
…
[1st POV, Yggdrassil]
I ignored the pathetic display of control from the current Red Dragon Emperor, a title I feel will be dragged through the mud with this generation's host. I assured the current Lucifer Maou that I have the situation under control, which is kind of true, if you consider I have the one responsible for the breach in my own realm.
But if that was all, I wouldn't have come here. I also need to deal with all the gods that will be asking questions, leaving their realms, invading Japan and messing up the balance of the world. Something that will be very annoying to deal with, it's bad enough that humans can use magic because of Merlin and Aurora.
'If battles between the supernatural in Japan reveal the existence of the supernatural to humans once again, I think I might actually lose it. We barely managed to make everything out to be myths, fairytales and horror stories. And that was without this thing called the internet that humans somehow made. Arrgh, I hate it! I already do so much work keeping the planet alive, stopping the Dimensional Gap from devouring Earth and keeping beings from leaving the planet only to die in the Gap.
I don't need this on top of it all, Father! Why did you plant me on Earth of all places? You must have known this would happen!' I curse my father; he might be an unconscious entity sustaining the Universe, but I can still curse him for being an absent father.
I kept all of this internal, not exposing even the slightest of micro expressions show while conversing with Lucifer, 'The damn sis-con just won't shut up about safety, if you're so worried about, just take her back to the underworld for my sake!'
But finally, after almost an hour of his questioning, I was able to get out of there, but at least I wasn't the only one; the Gremory girl, too, seemed ready to hide in a hole somewhere never to see the light of day.
If only I could do that. 'Doesn't matter, time to deal with the arrogant gods once again…yay…' I was covered in a green light and disappeared from the room.
…
After dealing with all the gods that didn't know when to keep their noses out of it, I returned to my realm, but when I did, I was greeted by a strange sight.
"Hahaha! That's it, boy! Come on, show me what a human can do!" Niðhöggr, in his human form, taunted Akasha as he dodged and weaved through Akasha's blows. Each strike tore through the landscape, but since this was my realm, it all regenerated within seconds.
"Just take the beating, Nio!" I don't know what it was, but a white energy I didn't recognise flared around Akasha's fist. In the next instant, he landed a clean hit on Niðhöggr's cheek.
The dragon's eyes widened, just before the white energy detonated, erupting from Akasha's fist in a burst of pure light. The beam consumed Niðhöggr and everything in its path, tearing through my realm for kilometres.
'What in Father's name was that?! Why is it so powerful?!' My connection to the realm screamed in warning. Everything caught in that light, matter and even the energy itself, was gone. Not destroyed, literally erased. Only Niðhöggr, whom I protected with primordial energy at the last second, remained.
I shivered, feeling that power. I had never seen anything like it. If I weren't just an avatar. I would have probably choked on air seeing such a thing. 'Just what the hell are you, Akasha?' I thought, looking at the now kilometres of land that was erased from existence.
…
[3rd POV]
Once the light died, Niðhöggr was covered in a golden aura provided by Yggdrassil, and both blinked in shock at each other. Niðhöggr, because of the power he felt behind Akasha's attack, would have literally erased his existence, not destroyed like Gremory's power of destruction, but literal existence erasure. Akasha, on the other hand, was both shocked that he actually landed the hit, but also shocked at the power he released; he didn't know he could do that, and his expression showed it.
It was only after the two felt Yggdrassil's avatar's presence that they snapped out of it. And it was only when Yggdrassil tried to regenerate the landscape that Niðhöggr's theory was proven true. Akasha had literally erased the landscape from existence, so Yggdrassil had to recreate it from scratch.
Niðhöggr was watching Yggdrassil scold, or at least try to scold Akasha for his recklessness, but the dragon was beginning to question just what kind of being Akasha was. The last time he saw a power to erase something from existence was Trihexia before they were sealed.
He didn't know whether to think of Akasha as the second coming of Trihexia or not, but considering that Akasha told him he was human and that the boy didn't have any grand ambitions, he could rest easy for now, especially with Yggdrassil around, the fact that her energy protected him like it did against the beast gave him some semblance of safety.
The dragon shook his head with a smile, 'What am I even thinking? This boy is bound to surpass Trihexia whether he wants to or not. Human adaptation is a terrifying thing.'
He turned and walked into the forest, giving one last glance to Akasha and Yggdrassil's avatar and smiled. That fight earlier actually drained him a little; he needed to stock up on energy again lest he starve and go mad like in the past.
…
[1st POV Akasha]
Yggdrassil forbade me from using that energy if I wasn't in her realm or beside her avatar. I agreed once she told me about what that white energy was.
The power to erase anything from existence. A scary power if I don't learn to control it properly; otherwise, I might just erase everything around me by accident.
On a better note. My memory is coming back to me, finally. I remember my old life beyond the most important parts. After spending so long in the void, my life on Earth became a blur, barely being able to recall much, but from the moment I woke up in this world, it started coming back to me.
Seeing civilisation really does help. So at least I'm not an amnesiac protagonist, that's good news.
But my main concern is what Yggdrassil told me. And this information has me conflicted. While she was dealing with, as she put it, "Gods who don't know their place," she was visited by the two dragon gods. Yeah, there are dragon gods now. Ophis, the dragon god of infinity and Great Red, the dragon god of dreams and apocalypse. Both of which inquired about my existence.
Now, I am hoping this is not what I hoped it wasn't the case, but when Yggdrassil continued and began complaining about a sis-con called "Lucifer", it only made the feeling stronger.
But for now, I shelved that theory. I wouldn't be leaving Yggdrassil's realm for a long time, it seems, so I will deal with reality some other time.
Yggdrassil said she would teach me the most basic way to at least try and control it, as according to her, my power is similar to her primordial energy, but just a lot stronger and more conceptual than hers.
I am glad I agreed to go with Yggdrassil at that time, both for how helpful she has been and that I might have died if I had tried to run back then. At least now I have somewhere safe from the gods and dragon gods, someone who will help me get accustomed to this world, an old Norse dragon of the end and most importantly, people to talk to.
Anything else can wait. I am just happy to be back.
