Ty's POV
I looked at the mirror and I cleaned up really nicely. I lied to my boss so that I could attend the dinner at the Thorn residence. I want out of this life of crime. This is the perfect opportunity. I have made plans to go with Mom as my date.
"Baby, did you see my black block heels?" My mother asked me from outside the door.
"No, Mom. How would I know where that is?"
"I just need your help. Come and help me look for it. I wish that Harper was here, she would have helped."
I rolled my eyes at this and walked to the door. I'm so glad that Mom now sees Regina as her daughter. She has stopped calling her Regina so that she doesn't call her that name outside by mistake.
I pulled the door open and she was there with her arms folded.
"It took you ages to get to the door. You are no gentleman." She said tapping my forehead.
I smiled at her. "Sorry, Mom. I will do better."
"You should, I need another daughter here so we can all torment you."
