Louis woke up in his luxury hotel room with a calm smile, almost reflecting the sunrise behind the wide window. He stretched slowly, as if he had slept a normal night… while all of America was ready to explode searching for the "unknown thief."
He went into the bathroom, took a warm shower, then came out drying his hair with a white towel. He ordered breakfast to his room, not caring about the shouting he could hear from outside. He could hear hunters shouting, police cars, and reports of arrests and street searches that didn't stop since last night.
If he didn't book a royal suite in the most expensive hotel in the city—after turning some of his world points into dollars at a rate of 1 to 1000—the forces would have already broken into his room. But Louis knew that this calm would not last forever… and the time was getting close before they really reached him.
Fortunately, he still had one more use of his teleport skill today.
He sat on the leather sofa watching the news channels talking about the national emergency in the United States… and "the theft of the century." He smiled, opened the system notifications, and started reading the rewards he received last night:
[S-rank Achievement: You infiltrated Scavenger Guild headquarters and stole the item "Kamish Daggers."]
[You are the fastest player to get an S-rank achievement in this world.]
[You received bonus points.]
[S-rank Achievement: You infiltrated the American Hunter Association and stole the special item "Kamish Dragon Skeleton" and the special "Kamish Skill Stone."]
[You are the first player to get two S-rank achievements in this world.]
[You are the fastest player to get two S-rank achievements in this world.]
[You received bonus points.]
"Oh… unlike the first achievement, this one has the title of the first who got two S-rank achievements… so someone already took the first title before." Louis thought.
Even if real people in this world are not world-travelers like him, and don't know the original story, they had a whole century of experience… and with talent and sacrifice, they broke that wall by themselves.
Louis only needed knowledge from his previous world.
He continued reading:
[Note: Special items are unique items that appear in the main stages of the Tower of Worlds and are not sold in the system shop. You can bring special items back to the real world.]
[You can choose an SS-grade ability or item if you awaken as a real hunter in this world, or continue collecting achievements to get an SSS-grade ability or item.]
[Warning: After awakening as a hunter, you must register in the Hunter Association of this world.]
[Warning: You are now considered a public enemy of the Scavenger Guild and the United States of America. If your identity is discovered, all hunters around the world will try to kill you.]
Louis stayed silent for a moment… then laughed softly.
— "Enemy of the whole world… nice."
He felt proud of what he had done in only two days. Still, he decided to delay his awakening… at least until he steals some achievements from the main character, Sung Jin-Woo.
His real goal was bigger than fame or points—
he wanted an SSS ability strong enough to face the Dragon Monarch, who was obviously related to "Main Mission 3."
He walked to the balcony, holding a glass of red wine. He raised it to the sunlight, took a slow sip, and smiled with cold confidence.
Without saying a word…
New York disappeared.
Louis opened his eyes again in his personal room in Seoul, South Korea… as if nothing had happened at all.
But what ended last night…
was only the beginning.

That same morning…
The Scavenger Guild building was in complete chaos.
Hunters and security guards filled every hallway.
Through all the noise, Thomas Andre walked forward slowly, and the entire corridor fell silent. His battle armor, his huge shoulders, and the dangerous look in his eyes were enough to make everyone move out of his way.
Just a few minutes earlier, he had returned from leading a team of new hunters to clear an A-Rank dungeon. But after hearing the shocking news, he rushed straight to the guild headquarters.
His assistant, a blonde hunter, hurried toward him while holding a tablet full of reports.
"Mr. Andre… we checked every camera, every corner… There's no trace. No fingerprints, no energy residue, and no video recording at all."
Thomas raised one eyebrow.
"…Nothing?"
She nodded quickly. Even though she was an A-Rank hunter, she subconsciously stepped back.
"It's like someone appeared from thin air… and then vanished."
Thomas didn't answer. He kept walking deeper inside the guild, passing heavy security sections that no one else could enter—energy scans, encryption doors, layer after layer—until he stopped with his assistant in front of a giant metal door.
He placed his hand on the scanner, entered a secret code, and the door slowly opened…
The place where Kamish's Daggers should have been…
was completely empty.
He stood still for a moment, slowly looking around the room, while his assistant continued in a low voice:
"Even the glass wasn't broken… All systems were active. The daggers just disappeared… like magic."
He didn't respond.
He didn't even move for several long seconds.
Then he let out a slow breath, and anger started to appear in his eyes.
Finally, he spoke:
"How was this discovered?"
His assistant stepped forward and explained:
"Actually… we didn't discover it here first."
He looked at her.
She continued seriously:
"Two hours ago, we received a message from the Hunter Association. Their main headquarters was broken into last night. Kamish's entire skeleton was stolen… And the special skill stone too."
Silence filled the room.
"When I heard that… I suspected something terrible. If someone can steal from the Hunter Association, the most secure building in the world… then they could easily try the same thing here."
She lowered her eyes and spoke more carefully:
"And since only a very small number of people knew about the daggers in this place, I used my authority to check immediately."
She pointed at the empty display case.
"And this… was the result."
Thomas didn't say a word.
He only took a slow breath and pressed his lips together.
In just one night…
he, his guild, and the Hunter Association had become a global joke.
