Chapter 124 - 82) History of Ninja world

One day passed.

The Konoha auditorium had been cleaned, and once again it was filled with people.

But this time, the atmosphere was far from harmonious.

Everyone now carried the feeling of being forced — as if something inevitable and oppressive had begun.

They all sensed that a dictatorship was rising — and its dictator would be Akira Uchiha.

As for the people of Konoha, they didn't care much.

Even though Akira declared that Konoha was now disbanded, they didn't take it literally.

It wasn't disrespect — they simply understood what Akira meant:

The name might be gone, but the ninja clans weren't going anywhere.

Missions would still come — not because people gave them to "Konoha," but because people hired Konoha's ninjas.

So, they simply waited for what Akira would announce today.

Yes, they found Akira bloody yesterday — but they also felt pride.

After all, nobles had always criticized shinobi.

Even high-ranking members of Konoha had been looked down upon as juniors — so seeing nobles reduced to mist brought them deep satisfaction.

Finally, with great anticipation, Akira appeared again and walked to the center of the auditorium.

This time, every noble, shinobi, kage — everyone — focused on him.

They listened to his every word and thought ten times before daring to speak.

Akira scanned the room and began:

"Hello everyone.

Yesterday, I was going to explain the purpose of establishing the organization I call the Imperial Council of Shinobi, which will govern the world —

but a few pests disturbed my mood, so I had to kill those pests.

So today, we continue."

The nobles felt a chill.

Many instinctively wondered whether they were the next pests.

But they couldn't leave now — walking out in the middle of the summit meant provoking Akira Uchiha, that demon.

And none of them knew whether they would survive.

Akira, meanwhile, asked something that confused everyone:

"So everyone — let me ask you a basic question.

What is chakra?"

The nobles were confused — even they knew what chakra was.

As Akira waited, one young shinobi from the Hidden Cloud answered:

"Chakra is a mixture of physical and spiritual energy in a specific ratio."

Akira smiled.

"Well, that is a good answer.

But you are describing how chakra is generated in the body.

I am asking — what is chakra actually?

What are the tailed beasts?

How are tailed beasts formed?

Why are tailed beasts unkillable?"

Silence filled the hall.

These questions struck everyone like the old philosophical mysteries Akira remembered from his previous life:

Who created the earth?

Who created the universe?

What exists beyond Earth?

Beyond the solar system?

If the universe exists — what lies beyond the universe?

Who created it?

People could propose theories, but no one truly knew.

The same applied here.

And they understood — if Akira was asking this, they should already know the answer.

So they stayed silent.

Akira appreciated the silence — he preferred to speak first.

---

Akira continued,

"So before I answer these questions, let me tell you a story.

By listening to this story, you will understand everything —

why I have the Rinnegan,

why everyone in the ninja world possesses chakra,

why thousands of years ago there was no chakra at all,

what tailed beasts truly are,

the mysteries of the Sage of Six Paths,

and the secrets of the ninja clans —

knowledge even they themselves do not possess.

Why I want to establish Imperial Council of Shinobi."

As soon as Akira said this, everyone visibly leaned forward.

Despite being warriors forged in blood, ninjas were always curious —

curiosity was the reason jutsu even existed.

Yes, their curiosity was driven by survival and warfare,

but the fact remained — curiosity shaped the world.

Over thousands of years, ninja had developed the five basic chakra natures,

then advanced natures like Yin and Yang,

and even higher attributes — space, time, life, death.

So when Akira began a story, everyone knew…

this would not be a bedtime tale.

It would be the truth behind their world.

Akira began:

"Thousands of years ago, the ninja world was the same — raiders, war, and conflict.

But back then… there were no shinobi."

"There were samurai."

When Akira spoke, the samurai present lifted their heads with pride.

Though time and chakra had eclipsed their profession, their ancient identity endured — preserved through Mifune's Iron Country, neutral and disciplined, older than any ninja clan.

Akira continued:

"At that time, a pair of outsiders descended to this world —

Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and Isshiki Ōtsusuki."

A ripple of shock swept through the audience.

Just as humanity once wondered about life beyond Earth, the shinobi world had asked the same question — and now they had their answer.

He continued:

"Every Ōtsutsuki pair that visits a world arrives with a Ten-Tails."

Nagato stiffened instantly.

"If you want to know what the Ten-Tails is," Akira clarified,

"it is the combined origin of all nine tailed beasts.

The Ten-Tails is the source of chakra itself."

It wasn't only humans who reacted — the tailed beasts trembled too, confronted with their creation story.

"Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and her partner, Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, came to harvest a fruit called Chakra Fruit.

To create a Chakra Fruit, the Ten-Tails is necessary."

"The Ten-Tails is neither beast nor plant alone —

it exists between states, transforming as needed."

"It devours natural energy and the world's foundational essence,

and from that, the Chakra Fruit is born."

"When the Ōtsutsuki consume it —

they evolve."

"And that —

is the origin of the Ōtsutsuki clan."

Even when Akira first learned this truth, he had been shaken.

---

"But there is a price," Akira continued.

"To form a Chakra Fruit, one of the two Ōtsutsuki must be sacrificed to the Ten-Tails."

"In this case…

Kaguya Ōtsutsuki was meant to die."

The hall murmured.

"But she refused."

"She betrayed her superior — struck him down through deception—

and forced the Chakra fruit to form."

"That is how the first Chakra Fruit of this world was created."

"Kaguya consumed it herself."

"But after gaining power, she was filled with terror.

She knew the true strength of her clan.

No corner of existence offered escape —

sooner or later, they would hunt her down."

"So she made a choice —

she would remain on Earth

and create an army capable of resisting the Ōtsutsuki."

"And thus, Kaguya's rule began."

"There was peace —

but a price beneath it."

"Kaguya experimented on humans, transforming them into White Zetsu —

beings with primitive wood-release traits

and incomplete jutsu."

"They were useful —

but never strong enough.

Time passed.

Kaguya became pregnant.

She gave birth to two sons —

Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki and Hamura Ōtsutsuki."

"They grew beneath her rule,

but unlike Kaguya, they carried human blood —

and with it, empathy."

"To Kaguya, humans were livestock —

like animals butchered for food."

"But her sons saw differently."

"They grew in power, each with a single goal —

to defeat Kaguya

and free humanity.

During their journey, they encountered a toad —

a prophet versed in natural energy. "

At this, Jiraiya visibly stiffened.

Akira nodded.

"Yes — that toad was the ancestor of one of the three sacred lands —

Mount Myōboku."

Only elite ninja knew of this place — but now, the world heard it.

"With the toads' guidance —

and their own ability —

Hagoromo and Hamura could not defeat Kaguya…

but they sealed her."

"They used the Rinnegan's and Tenseigan's exclusive ability —

Six Paths: Planetary Devastation."

"It manifests a gravitational core,

drawing the surrounding landmass inward

to forge a sealing structure."

"And this…"

Akira paused.

"…ishow the Moon was created."

---

Shock erupted again —

but disbelief did not.

If someone could destroy the Moon, someone could create it.

Akira continued:

"At the peak of his strength, Hagoromo awakened the Rinnegan,

and Hamura awakened the Tenseigan —

the two greatest ocular powers in our world."

"Hagoromo divided the Ten-Tails into nine parts,

and sealed its husk on the Moon.

Hamura went there,

establishing a lineage to guard it."

Nagato finally understood —

why he alone could wield those eyes.

Akira continued:

"After sealing Kaguya, Hagoromo walked the world alone.

He founded the Ninshū —

a belief that chakra could bridge the hearts of mankind,

with the purpose of bringing peace to the world by using chakra to connect people's spiritual energies and foster mutual understanding.

"So he distributed chakra among humanity —

and thus chakra spread."

During this era, Hagoromo had two sons —

Indra and Ashura.

"Indra inherited Hagoromo's spiritual power —

the immortal eyes."

"Ashura inherited his physical vitality —

the immortal body."

"But talent was not the only difference —

their philosophies clashed."

"Indra Otsutsuki's philosophy was centered on the belief that power, individualism, and strength are the most effective means to achieve order and peace.

This ideology contrasts with his brother Asura's focus on love and cooperation.

Indra saw his father's original teachings of peace through love and empathy as weak, leading him to create and promote the use of ninjutsu—a system based on power—as a more efficient way to enforce peace and control. "

The audience leaned forward —

understanding at last where ninjutsu began.

Nagato's heart trembled —

Yahiko had once believed similarly as Ashura.

But, now he believed more in Indra.

Just like now, Akira Uchiha who possesses strength even beyond him can easily create peace.

"Though Indra was stronger," Akira continued,

"his ideology did not align with Hagoromo's."

"The Sage chose Ashura —

passing Ninshū to him."

"And thus began rivalry."

"Indra felt betrayed —

and they fought."

"When they died,

their descendants continued that conflict."

"Indra's descendants became the Uchiha."

"Ashura's became the Senju —

and the Uzumaki."

A silent shock rippled through the assembly —

even the Uchiha never knew the depth of their origin.

Akira continued:

"Meanwhile, Hamura founded his own lineage on the Moon —

the ancestors of the Hyūga

and the Kaguya clan."

The Hyuga clan members blanched —

their forgotten ancestry exposed.

"And thus," Akira said quietly,

"the cycle of hatred began."

"But humanity was not the only cause."

"There was another influence —

Black Zetsu."

"He is the will of Kaguya,

left behind to manipulate the world.

And to break the seal of Sage of Six Paths"

"He twisted Indra's heart,

fueling thousands of years of conflict."

"And that cycle continued —

until two men rose."

"Senju Hashirama

and Uchiha Madara."

"They grew strong enough

to halt the endless wars."
