Oh.Mei glared at Otis angrily, completely unable to figure out what was going on in this man's head. Right now, Otis's mind was hazy too.
Back in the dome theater, he had already wanted to kiss Mei, but he kept holding back.
Then he held back through dinner.
And kept holding back until now. Mei's passionate, initiative-taking kiss had knocked loose everything he'd been holding inside, and the words just spilled out of him. Otis asked again,
"Can I?" Mei thought this man was infuriating.
Why did he keep asking her over and over?She drew in a breath and said,
"Anyway, today isn't over yet, right? Before today ends, I'm still your girlfriend. Just like before whether it's hugging or kissing, I can accept things at that level."Yes.
The agreement simply hadn't expired yet.
