Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

Nothing....

At first, it was all nothing, only a pitch white void, unshaped, merely an infinite medium known as the White Expanse.

It had no laws, no forms or even meaning.

But within that dormant and empty plane rested an unexplainable force known as the Prime Intuition.

It was not a God.

It is not a mind.

Just merely an impulse capable of one purpose: imagining.

This impulse would one day split itself into four fragments:

The Will of Creation.

The Echo of Meaning.

The Law of Order and Continuity.

And-

The Reversal Impulse.

But during that time- their identities had not even reach fruitition, just mere shards floating around the unknown.

They said creation comes from matter but it wasn't- it was all a lie.

It all started when the Prime Intuition experienced the very first "as if" or what I'd like to call in professional terms: its own personal theory.

A comparison.

A metaphor.

A distinction.

"As if something existed from nothing..."

This act instantly stabilized the Expanse, because making a metaphor requires a concept.

Thus the first concept was born: the concept of Existence.

And from this little spark, reality had its own reference point

This is what allowed beings to eventually manifest.

Once Existence was formed, all other concepts would follow: non existence, time, effect, space, meaning, identity, form, cause a d effect and so much more.

All of them came out simultaneously like a chain reaction.

Concepts do not simply form randomly. They begin to form when the universe tries to stabilize contradictions.

Each new concept creates a new unanswered question which spawns more concepts which stabilize the White Expanse into layered structures.

Once the concepts exists, fragments of the Prime Intuition absorb them like seeds and in turn they become conceptual beings.

Now for a conceptual being to exist, firstly; a fragment of the Prime Intuition resonates with a newly formed concept, next that concept gives its identity, its form and its own consciousness, lastly it becomes a concept bearer- a metaphysical archetype.

"Now you may ask yourself, what would a metaphysical archetype act like? Well I myself am an example of a metaphysical archetype." A mysterious voice called out.

"You're probably wondering who this mysterious archetype is talking to you, the reader of this story?" The mysterious voice continued, his voice growing louder and louder the minute.

"Well it would be awfully rude of me if I did not introduce myself to you as we have already formed a trust am I not correct?" The voice chuckled.

"Now without further adieu, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Creo Atreius Creatorius, the King of Elderith." Creo said, bowing in respect.

"I'm sure you're surprised how I suddenly attained this powerful status that would surely overwhelm a human like me, am I correct?" A small grin playing on his lips.

He walked around the fabric of the cosmos, explaining further. "Well, I have long since past the limits of humanity and I even surpassed the likes of other gods, this form of mine is my maximum potential, an archetype capable of doing many things, but we'll get to that later, I don't want to ruin the illusion of surprise to you..." Creo smirked, leaning back on his chair.

He sighed and continued. "What I'm here for is basically to explain the rules of this realm, my entire significance and why you, the reader should even bother in the first place." He slammed his fist on the armrest of his chair.

"Heheh, pardon my manners, it's been a stressful time for me as I have significant part in this story, so I hope you could at least bear with me for the moment, I don't mean to frighten you whatsoever but I assure you, that you'll be in for a bumpy ride..." Creo smirked, his eyes glinting a bright light.

He smiled and switched to a reassuring tone. "Don't worry you won't get harmed in the way, rest assured I will be with you till this whole story ends, although this may seem complex and overwhelming for your brain to handle, we will humor you and charm you with our vast personalities..." He stood up and continued walking.

"And you might even become intrigued and captivated by our own lore..." Creo chuckled, looking up at the sky of the cosmos, whilst walking.

He stopped for a moment and looked back. "Oh I'm deeply sorry, I'm afraid our time is up, well I'll be wrapping up this chapter, I'll see you in the next one..."

With a single wave of his hand, he manipulated the flow of time and he had the same expression on his face:

A smile.
