Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1 : BIRTH OF A VILLAIN

A heavy grief weighed on him as tears streamed down his face, his trembling hands slowly shattering the moon above him. He stared at the broken remains of his fallen planet—its craters, its burning surface—with eyes full of regret, anger, and pain.

He rose to his feet, voice cracking as he screamed:

"What was the use of all this power, huh? After years of serving you, fighting your battles, you let my planet fall… and now they're all gone!"

Tears glowed bright red, burning the ground beneath him.

"My family… my friends… my lover. All gone because of you! Why them? Why!"

The universe trembled. Stars flickered awake.

Then a single voice—calm, ancient, terrifying in its depth—spoke with empathy:

"I am sorry for what has happened to your planet and your people. You have served me well. For that, you have my thanks. I will reward you accordingly."

The voice of his creator paralyzed him, but he bit his tongue and forced words out:

"Reward me by bringing them back. You can do anything. Don't you love them?"

The voice answered,

"I love all my creations… every star and galaxy. But I placed a rule: I never directly intervene in the wars of my creations. It is a law meant to protect you."

He shouted back, broken:

"Protect us? You're all-powerful, all‑seeing! Aren't you supposed to be perfect?"

The voice shifted, sounding almost human—almost wounded.

"I am not perfect. There is One who created me—far beyond even my understanding. A being whose name is too great to speak. One who loved me and brought me into existence."

Shocked, he wiped his eyes.

"Then what are we… truly?"

"You," the voice said, "are my greatest imagination. Lives shaped and protected by both myself and my Father."

He laughed—wild, broken, losing his mind. Raising his fist toward the skies, he shouted:

"Then screw all of this! I'm done! If you won't save what I love, then I'll become your enemy. I'll destroy everything you cherish and force you to recreate the universe—until my planet lives again."

A single word echoed through space, shaking galaxies:

"What!"

"You heard me," he spat. "I'll force you to take action."

Blood poured from his body—more than he had ever shed in millennia.

The voice returned, this time quiet, burdened with sadness:

"Do you truly wish to walk this path?"

"I will walk it proudly," he replied with a trembling smile.

"…I see."

Silence swallowed the universe. His wounds slowly healed as the presence faded.

He turned one last time toward the ashes of his world and whispered:

"Forgive me."

Then, faster than light, he shot forward and tore open a portal—entering a new world.

His first victim.
