Chapter 71 - Visiting Asgard

Odin said, "Although you have never met me, I still have to say, brother, you have suffered."

"Ah!"

Thor and Loki simultaneously looked sideways, their faces filled with shock.

Sif and the others' expressions drastically changed. They subconsciously covered their ears, feeling as though they had heard some incredible secret.

As for Aaron...

"Enough. Odin, I told you I am not your brother, nor am I an Asgardian. I can only copy the abilities of others, understand?"

Aaron had no intention of suddenly recognizing a father or relative.

All of you, scram, don't touch me.

Odin was not angered.

Thor said dazedly, "Father, you just called Aaron..."

"Thor, who allowed you to call him by his name? He is your biological uncle, sharing the same bloodline as you."

"That's impossible!"

"What the f*ck?!"

Thor exclaimed, Loki was stunned, and Sif and the others turned their backs, daring not to listen further.

Their minds automatically conjured up a super ethical drama.

Were the relationships within the royal family really this messy?

To be honest, Aaron had considered many possibilities, such as Odin being indignant about his actions and fighting him fiercely.

Or perhaps fearing his abilities and choosing to settle the matter peacefully.

But the one thing he hadn't expected was that Odin had aged and become senile.

Can a God also suffer from dementia?

He knew that the abilities he possessed could easily lead to misunderstandings. It was also impossible for him to truly reveal his main ability.

But you are Odin, how could you jump to such a conclusion so arbitrarily?

Aaron flung his hand away and turned to leave.

"Wait!"

Odin quickly stepped forward. "You seem to enjoy collecting strange and unusual things?"

"I have many more items like that. They are rare treasures acquired by me and my ancestors during our campaigns. Those also belong to... I mean, you are welcome to tour them freely."

"In the name of Thor's friend."

Odin smiled kindly, his golden armor radiating a rich glow under the sunlight.

Aaron paused, turning back expressionlessly.

"Let's go, warrior."

Saying this, Aaron casually activated the power of the Bifrost Bridge.

When the familiar golden light fell again, Odin looked as if to say, 'You're still pretending.'

He then pulled his divine steed forward, looking at Thor and the others with displeasure. "And you lot, all of you get over here."

"I apologize, brother, for letting you witness this farce. These two nephews, Thor and Loki... I will certainly teach them a good lesson." Under Heimdall's strange gaze, Odin sighed and said this to Aaron.

Aaron did not reply.

You? Teaching children? If you had even an ounce of talent in that area, you wouldn't be ushering in Ragnarok.

Odin's strength was inversely proportional to his parenting ability. The entire family was eccentric.

Hela, who wanted to commit patricide and seize power. Thor, who was arrogant and clueless. And Loki, who only wanted to prove himself, loved watching musicals like 'Loki Saves Asgard,' talked big but secretly adored Asgard and Thor.

Tsk, they were truly hopeless.

"All-Father."

Heimdall bowed to Odin, glancing at Aaron and Loki.

"This is my brother, son of Bor, my father, who was lost outside, Aaron, who possesses the rights of the All-Father."

Odin solemnly instructed Heimdall, "Heimdall, in the future, treat seeing him as seeing me. If I am absent, you may consult him on any matters beforehand."

Heimdall was startled, then nodded.

In fact, when Aaron displayed the power of an All-father, capable of directly controlling Destroyer and even remotely mobilizing the power of the Bifrost Bridge, Heimdall was internally shaken. He could not understand how an outsider could so easily control multiple sacred artifacts of Asgard.

However, after hearing what Odin had just said, he suddenly realized the truth.

Everything made sense.

The wariness in Heimdall's gaze toward Aaron lessened considerably.

Only when he looked at Loki was he still guarded, as if facing an enemy.

Aaron waved his hand. "Stop. Just stop. I haven't agreed to anything, nor have I said anything."

"I also can't be bothered to associate with you. Stop claiming relatives randomly."

Odin smiled kindly, not getting angry.

Everyone else understood.

Only Loki pouted, thinking, 'Does being made an Asgardian really offend you?'

This is Asgard, the greatest place in the world.

Wait a minute!

Thor was still grinning foolishly, but Loki was considering more complex issues.

If Aaron was recognized by Odin as the son of Bor, possessing a pure Asgardian royal bloodline...

Wouldn't that mean he was more qualified to become King than either himself or Thor?

Furthermore, he was so young and so powerful, and he had displayed innate rights that only Odin could use and of course, wisdom that was only slightly inferior to his own.

At this moment, a sense of crisis instantly surged forth.

Looking at his foolish, stupid older brother, Loki sighed.

He hadn't even dealt with Thor yet, and now he had to face an even more terrifying competitor.

Was it really this difficult to prove himself?

Life was hard.

Loki sighed.

"Loki, do you have any objections?"

Odin didn't bother correcting Aaron. Instead, he suddenly spoke, directing his attention straight to Loki.

Loki's actions this time were a bit much but Odin was in a decent mood, at least Loki had indirectly led him to discover Aaron, this "blood brother."

"No, nothing at all."

Loki repeatedly shook his head, yet seeing Heimdall's cold gaze, he couldn't help but say, "Father, while you were in your sleep, Heimdall, Fandral, Volstagg, and Hogun completely ignored my commands."

"Even though the giants of Jotunheim were about to attack, they didn't focus on preparing for battle. Instead, they went out without permission."

"They don't take the safety of Asgard seriously enough."

Loki deliberately did not mention Sif.

Being perceptive, he felt that Sif's gaze toward Aaron was somewhat subtle. Primarily, he understood Aaron's character.

After hearing this, Odin said, "Enough, don't bring up these matters again. Heimdall did this because I commanded it."

"Huh?"

Loki wanted to ask, "Were you not in your sleep?" But after thinking about it, his expression slightly changed.

Could it be that this old schemer had been secretly observing and even orchestrating all of this?

Loki fell silent.

Odin ignored him, preparing to deal with Thor and Loki properly later. These two fellows gave him a heart attack just by looking at them.

He was even somewhat afraid of death, not because he feared death itself, but because he worried that Thor and Loki would mess everything up after he died.

He mustn't die only for Asgard to vanish immediately afterward. If that happened, he'd be so angry he'd come back to life.

"Fandral, the three of you immediately go help the Queen prepare the celebration banquet. We must hold a grand feast to celebrate the return of Asgard's lost royalty."

"Yes."

Fandral and the others accepted the order and departed.

As they left, they all gave the eye-rolling Aaron a strange look, their minds were still buzzing.

They had clearly gone to find Thor, yet after all this fuss, they ended up with an uncle?

At this moment, Aaron sensed something was wrong.

Was Odin already making preparations before going to Earth?

Making such a casual decision without any further verification?

This was completely inconsistent with Odin's established character.

Unless... he had other intentions.
