Time flew by, and the Ninja World's peaceful days were running out. Six months passed, and Hefeng only grew one centimeter taller.

It wouldn't be like Tsunade, where once the Yin Seal is opened, the Chakra in the Chakra reservoir rushes out like a bursting dam, completely unstoppable and unable to be halted until it's all released.
Hefeng made a special design for her one large and four small reservoirs. Normally, any unused Chakra accumulates in the large reservoir.
Once full, the gates can be opened, allowing Chakra to slowly flow into the four smaller reservoirs for Hefeng's use. However, the small reservoirs are used one by one to avoid waste.
If not all of it is used, the gates of the small reservoirs, which are easier to close, can be shut, and the Chakra from the small reservoirs can then flow back into the large reservoir for storage.
Of course, the small reservoirs are not incapable of storing accumulated Chakra; it's just that Hefeng's current Chakra recovery speed can only meet the supply demands of the large reservoir.
Hefeng's design allows the Yin Seal, which originally couldn't be used until fully accumulated, to be used halfway through, preventing it from being abandoned halfway.
As a reciprocal gesture, Hefeng also gave the new Yin Seal structure to Tsunade, but judging by her expression, she was probably struggling with how complex and time-consuming it was.

As for the Secret Scroll of Emptiness given by Orochimaru, it recorded a Forbidden Technique on how to control Ninja tools to fly using curse marks and Chakra. It sounded like one could become a sword immortal, but in reality, it was far from it.
The Secret Scroll of Emptiness had requirements for controlling Ninja tools: controlling ordinary Ninja tools consumed too much, and the weight that could be controlled was limited.
Only Chakra alloy Ninja tools could reduce some consumption, but their initial speed and power were not high, and their load-bearing capacity was even worse.
Fortunately, Hefeng can already fly and doesn't need to rely on researching this to fly. The input-output ratio isn't worth it. However, this Forbidden Technique, combined with the Flying Thunder God Technique, is indeed terrifying.
