Officer Jenny and the manager were still telling trainers they couldn't leave because of the storm. Nurse Joy was there to offer the center as a shelter. Ash and his friends appeared, looking confused as to how they got there.
It wasn't a replay—it was a Time Rewind and Memory Wipe!
Lance: ...Holy! Time travel?! Mewtwo can do that too?!
Cynthia:Dialga: "Am I a joke to you?"
Red: I asked my Mewtwo; he says he can't do time travel...
