I was discharged from the hospital and justin helped me with my baggage. He didn't talk much after our yesterday's conversation. Home sweet home. Mom went on a business trip, but she called me for updates on my whereabouts. Justin brought me to his house as she only trusted him. I don't know why she trusts him so much. Weird.
It is my first time visiting his house. It was huge. Offcourse his dad owned a huge company. But I never expected the house to be this big. I walked towards the hall and was greeted by two old woman.
"You must be shreya" they both chuckled.
"I'm justin's grandmother and she is adithya's" I knew that they were cousins but I didn't know that they actually lived together. I looked at justin amazed. Alex lived with me as well . Two days ago, he had to move abroad. Infact his whole family had to move. His grandmother was sick.
"We are leaving...son, please do look after adi..he is under your care now.." justin nodded and helped them towards the car. He also put their baggage inside the trunk. After they left, he asked one of the maids to settle me down. He had football practice in his courtyard, so he left. They directed me towards the guest room.The room was really big. I decided to sleep. I don't why but I was really tired.
A knock on my door woke me up.
It was none other than the handsome prince on a yellow tea-shirt and boxers with a smug on his face.
"Evening sunshine" He says with a smirk that clearly stated some others intention.
"Where is Justin?" I asked making him come even closer to me. I stepped back until I suddenly fell on the bed..he leaned closer towards ear and whispered "Why would he come here, this is isn't his room" my heart was pounding heavily and I gulped. I pushed him away before he could try anything else. I grabbed my clothes and ran off to the bathroom.
I took a shower and dressed myself to go downstairs. I closed the bathroom door after my shower only to find that he has not yet left. He was sitting there as it were his room, studying. It only made me feel more irritated.
" Why aren't you leaving?" I asked
"Why would i?" He says with a wide smile and stopped what he was doing with his full attention on me. Since he was not leaving, I took my bag and stomped downstairs. I heard him chuckle. Jerk.
I saw justin busy with kitchen, he didn't even notice that I had reached downstairs with my bag.
"Is there another room where your demon cousin won't come and disturb my privacy?" I asked with irritation.
"Really?...then why would you sleep in his room?" He said chuckling and teasing me.
My mouth was wide open in shock.
" Well it was your maid, that" I was cut off when the maid came running. She was now pleading mercy to justin. It turns out that the smug face actually paid the maid in advance to make sure that I sleep in his room. I was truly angry now.
I looked at justin who also looked furious.
"I'm so sorry shreya " he said with honesty written all over his face.
"It is okay, not your fault but the demon's fault" I said feeling really sorry for having to put up with that troublesome cousin.
"Only your demon" says the prince of hell with a huge grin on his face while walking down the stairs.
"You are a jerk " I said. It only made him laugh even more.
"You really crossed the line this time " said justin trying to defend me who was also fuming with anger. They are afterall cousins. I didnt want them to fight because of me.
"None of your business" says the demon really unaffected.
They were about to start a fight when my stomach suddenly growled, loud enough for them to hear. I was really hungry. Now their shifted to me and started laughing. I just pouted and looked away.
Justin went straight to kitchen. He brought healthy snacks to munch on and tea. The demon is happily settled in the black couch, while looking at me.
I shifted my gaze towards Justin.
"His girlfriend is lucky " I said and decided to help him.
"Yes..she is but my girl deserves even better" says the prince of hell with a genuine smile on his face and grabbed my hand before I could help justin. He walked me towards the patio where I saw all my favourite snacks being set up in a white table and unlike inside there were only two chairs.
"How about justin?" I asked looking at only the two chairs.
"I don't think he would be interested in third wheeling our date" He says making my heart flutter even more.
"Whaatt?" I asked angrily.
A date??!!!. I think my cheeks might have turned red right now. I didn't dare to show him.
"Just kidding..." He says chuckling, while shaking his head and pinching my cheeks. My eyes widened at his action, which only made him laugh. He settled himself in one of the chairs.
I saw justin coming with healthy snacks and placed them on table. I didn't take any of the healthy snacks, I was more interested on my favourite snacks.
Justin was casually talking about a new movie that had just released. Suddenly justin recieved a phone call making him leave.
"I know that this is not a date, but i would like to take you to a real date" he said while taking his glasses off and placing them casually on the table. His face was now really serious.My eyes widened and my heart was beating ssoo fast. Is he asking me out? I'm not even his girlfriend.
"But I'm not even your girlfriend.."
I said and he nodded his head and raised his eyebrows.
"Can you?"
